A very interesting mechanic. It took a couple tries to get the rock paper scissors aspect down but it feels cool once you get the hang of it.
Cool idea! I liked the feeling of constructing the summons spells. Good work!
Cool game! It was pretty tough to figure out at first and spell casting was so fast paced that I found myself relying on the same 2 spells I had memorized. It's a unique and interesting take on the theme, would love to see it improved and expanded further! :smile:
Very cool! Sometimes its a bit hard with swapping between pages but after remembering it got easier and was more fun. Well done
Nice approach on the theme! I had a bit of trouble with the time aspect of it, maybe a turn-base mechanic or some kind of timer between each spell would help? I see a lot of potential in it, keep at it!
@letssnack Thank you very much, I forgot to mention that Memorizing the spell is the main key to victory. That's why I placed the page with magic circles and the page with runes so far apart)

Hello there ! Nice game, good job ! A litle bit difficult to summom in reaction of the ennemy's spell. And maybe having all the elements needed to do a summom in a same place, would have been nice. But overall it's a nice game with good vibes !
It’s a really novel battle system. but requires some familiarity with the summon circles, runes and the formulae which makes the game a little bit hard to access, due to the fast pacing nature of the battles. Art style is cute and the music fits the magical mood of the game. Good job!
I liked the mechanics of dragging stuff onto a summoning circle to summon things. I think it could be made a little easier though. Rather than having to flip through the book all the time, there could be a separate menu that has all the summoning circles and runes always ready to drag onto the field. I also thought the art and animations were super cool.
The mechanics are really interesting. Like others mentioned, the timing did feel a bit short. Maybe it would be worth letting the runes snap into a socket if it's close enough? The graphics are nice. I thought the health bar was kind of funny. Nice job overall, it would be neat to see this mechanic in a more fleshed out game.
The learning curve felt a little steep at first, and the tutorial information could be delivered in smaller chunks, but I had lots of fun with the mechanics!! The summoning entities look adorable - I'm an especially big fan of the slime.
Very charming game. Took me a while to figure out how to go about this, but once I did it was fun. Great work!
