Simple graphics but great atmoshphere I like it so much! Good job!

It is a very unusual and atmospheric game, the visual is quite interesting, it looks stylish and funny! Good luck with your project, I would have played it more than once!!!

Good atmosphere, really suits the theme. Some feedback: 1.Mouse control would be more comfortable in my opinion. 2.Would be nice to see my score in the end, to provoke beating my own hi-score. Right now, I am not sure if I did better or worse than my last game.

Looks good and the shooting feels satisfying. Could have a progress bar to know how far away from completing you are.

Thanks for playing everyone!

@MnemosyneVL We had planned to add a secondary mode which would've been a score-based "endless" mode, but sadly ran out of time!

@Gulcar A progress bar was also planned in some form (ideally tied to the summoning circle) but that didn't make it in either

For me, the mouse controls didn't work but overall it's a cool game!

I love games like this and I think this is a solid start. Difficulty ramps up quickly and the beam weapon is fun to spin around and clear the screen with. I think a healthbar for the player would be super helpful (I didn't notice one at least). Also, given more time, perhaps implementing some powerups or upgrades would be really cool too. Nice job!

A type of game I did NOT expect to see, I'm pleasantly surprised. The game is very atmospheric and kind-of intense feeling even if not *that* difficult, it adds to the whole experience. Something that I'd find very helpful would be a visual representation when the gun is ready to shoot because even if it is a static interval, having like a big red bar at the bottom of the screen ticking down so that I know when I can snipe another enemy would be helpful! Still, very charming and neat game.

Good job! Controls were challenging enough to keep me constantly focused. I would love to have a beam charging UI. Sometimes I pressed space having no idea if it charged or not because my attention was on the screen corners. But overall it was quite fun!

It's an interesting concept, the only bad thing I can say about it is that the mouse controls didn't work for me and would make the pointing go towards the cursor, but nice game. Good job!

The monochrome art looks really good here! But regarding gameplay, I'd suggest adding a 'beam charging indicator' somewhere just to make the beam more reliable, and maybe adapting/changing the controls to make aiming easier. Besides that, everything works great. Good job!

The music is impressive and really enhances the magical feel of this game. The art is also pretty distinctive. Great work!

Love this game, after the enemies died there are something absorbed but I can't see it, probably some non-implement features lmao.
