Nice take on the theme! The difficulty was borderline frustrating at times, but I powered through  I enjoyed the narration and the puzzles were quite fun to do. Nice!

Thank you @manabreak for the review. Here at MATLAB we listen to our testers review, that's why we'll try to improve our testing chambers to make them less frustrating. At least if we have the budget.
Cool Portal-like (not a real genre but whatever), nice to see voice acting in a compo entry.
My only complaint is that the reflective boxes sometimes just shoot the laser straight at you. But it doesn't take much away from the game as retries are instant.
There is also a real programming/computation software called MatLab, not related to anything, just felt like pointing it out.
Thank you @kizilejderha for your review. Our official MATLAB voice has been really sad since we had to sell his microphone to cover our debt, and your comment made him really happy. We are hard at work trying to find new object to do with aluminum to replace this pesky mirror cube that is slowly "disposing" of all of our test subject.
Any chance for a web or Linux build? :)
@snesgaard Thank you for manifesting interest in our company. Unfortunately, our best engineer already tried to port this game to web but miserably failed after being struck by an incredibly low 3fps. For the Linux build, I'll personally investigate that and keep you in touch.
@snesgaard After a not so long trying time, I managed to make a Linux build, so we'll be glad here at MatLab to have you as our first Linux tester.
Really fun game! Had a good time playing it! I really like the puzzle game so I was already in after finding it is this type of a game. Love that there is a voice acting, it is rare in game jams. Some feedback: - make the laser a bit bigger to make it easier to target stuff, - restarting the level maybe shouldn't repeat the voice lines, - gun should remember the last thing player choose, so player do not need to switch back to what it want to place, every time player tries to correct placement of a box.
Anyway, great job with the game!
Thank you @zimny11 for this helpful review. I've reported your feadback to our best MATLAB engineer (at least those who did not "disapear" after testing). They'll be working on these new upgrade on the next couple of day so you can have the best experience as quick as possible.
I hope we'll see you again in our testing facility.
It's unfortunate that there were so few levels. I think there is definitely more to explore here. The portal parody was funny, though I will always encourage people to find their own style. It would have been nice if the blocks you summon could be picked up somehow, but maybe that's part of the game that you can't. Either way, I enjoyed it!
Thank you @sheepolution for your review. Our MATLAB designer are curently working on some new test chamber and also on some new way to interact with our Cube™. Stay tuned to see more of our company.
Cool, quite ambitious for a compo game, you managed to put a lot in there. Gameplay worked well for the most part, but I got stuck in a wall or the floor a few times. It would also be nice if you could rotate a placed cube directly. Had fun anyway!
I think the visual aesthetic of this game is solid, and I loved that you were even able to add some voice lines (although I accidentally skipped one of them by walking straight into the laser :P). Some things: - The collision/player movement felt _really_ wonky to me. Walls seem to have infinite friction, and trying to walk onto that moving platform in the second level without immediately falling off took me many tries. - The puzzles could have used a bit more variety. I feel like there isn't much thought required to complete the levels once you know what each of the summonables does.
Thank you @fnelix and @henk for your kind and helpful reviews.
To rotate a Cube™ it's simple just shove them around, only the ones made of aluminum will resist you as they are too heavy.
Also, thanks to your return, our MATLAB experts have now started working on a new testing suits that won't get you stuck on edges and make the movement much more smooth.
@phobos Thanks for the linux build, it worked! :D
Lovely entry, I wish there was more but what you had was solid. I had a problem with your dialogue in the second level, I accidentally died before hearing it complete and it never played again. Even after deleting the game and re-downloading it never played any of them I'd listened to again . Other that it was an impressive entry.
@snesgaard You're welcome, we are always happy to have new testers at MATLAB.
Thank you @wisstopher. Our official MATLAB voice is happy to hear that you're missing his voice and want to hear it more. We will be working on a way to make the voice listenable multiple time.
