The game is quite nice, even though I feel the limit on the ammo makes it quite hard and with many enemies too hard to consider whilst in the midst of a battle. I like the bat, with the sound it makes when you press it, its quite nice! The small arena makes it quite intense but just overwhelming with too many enemies.. I think an option to somehow expand the arena or to kick/push enemies out of the screen, into their death maybe wouldve been a good option to emphasize the small spice while still having options to fight larger waves of enemies.

I had fun! I do have a widescreen monitor so I couldn't see any ammo display and I didn't realise there were multiple weapons until i read the description
I found it a cool game. I think the arena was quite small, and I wish I could at least go through enemies with a frame of invincibility after taking some damage, to avoid getting stuck on corners. I like that the tempo of some gun's sounds are somewhat synchronized to the music (I don't know if that was intentional). The bat could have a better feeling and range of attack. Overall, a fun entry!
Works just fine in Linux with Wine, but accidentally moving the cursor off screen too quickly crashes the game. Super intense
Fun game! The tempo of the game was great. My first play through I switched to the smg and just sprayed till I ran out of bullets. The limited ammo idea made things very interesting and the fact you added a bat just in case shows that everything was well thought out.
This was really fun to play. The controls were simple and easy to pickup, and the limited ammo was an interesting idea. I feel like adding another type of movement, like a dash, would help you from getting stuck or swarmed by enemies at once, especially when they spawn in. But overall, this was a fun little game - great job!
Interesting concept, some good ideas in here like indicating enemy spawn points. Variety in enemies was good and it plays fairly well.
The audio could use some tweaking, the guns feel a bit meh, it's serviceable but could definitely be better. The art has a nice style to it that I actually like, but it's let down a little bit by the boring grey background and the default looking UI. Simple art can be good if it's applied in a consistent way and I think if there was a simple background and the UI matched the characters you'd be golden.
Finally this type of game needs JUICE!!! I can't stress it enough! Screenshake, flashes, explosions, blood, damage numbers, however you have to do it, do it! With just a few minor tweaks your game could look and feel amazing so try and set asside time for it next jam!

Super solid game! I definitely felt the limited space :) The enemy indications were great, the weapons had a good feel to them, and the wave difficulty scaling felt solid. Great Entry!
Quite fun! The concept was pretty interesting and fit the theme, but considering there were no ammo or health pickups, there was never really a moment where I had too much of something. The enemy indicators and bat were great additions, but I wish the bat had a bit more impact and feedback for the player if it hit. The other weapons felt great, the game was well paced and the enemy/wave variety kept it fresh the whole time. Could maybe use a bit more polish, but overall this is a solid game!
Nice game! I really liked the fast pace of it! The ranged weapons felt great but there's just the bat that is really hard to use, I think it would need more feedback to see its range.
Cool game, it took me a little while to understand the controls, but they work, though a bit hard to aim.
Maybe you could add a gun that auto-targets the closest enemy, but that shoots less frequently to avoid being too OP.
The bat is hard to use, maybe it could auto-target too, maybe with a small delay to swing it, so that you need to time the hit.
I like the machine gun, but my ammo keeps ending. Skill issue? =P
