Loved the character design!!! and the color palette.
Nice sound FX =)
Got arrested for being too horny XD. Very interesting experience!
Great art style with a solid connection to the jam's theme! However, there are some balancing issues such as I could spam the ice-cream machine with the sleeping bag. But overall, good game!
Haha, I really enjoyed the voice sound effects; they added a hilarious mood to the game. Good job! I wasn't sure if there's a challenge or if you can lose the game in any way. I found myself casually clicking away, selling my ice cream calmly and without worrying about losing. Good job!
@plepletier Thank you for playing. Yes you won't fail the game because of the low economy but you may be arrested if you commit an offence too many time for money.(such as using knife) Normally, don't need to worry about getting lose :>
Screenshot 2023-10-04 103818.png I am supposed to be happy since I finished my indie game. Somehow I am a little bit frustrated but the game is shipping lol Nice sfx as always! Nice Job!
realistic rabbit-developer portrait haha Cute minigame:3
Very interesting game concept
The various branching scenarios are designed in an interesting way. It's a bit disappointing that you can't see the effects of items in the shop before buying them. I look forward to seeing more polished works from you in the future!
Good ending :sunglasses: Screenshot 2023-10-10 152547.png
Yay, it was fun, love all the voice acting and the cute art!
As above comment said, I was frustated by not knowing was does the item before buying it, and I think it prevents experimentation. In the same spirit, a restart button may hints there are multiple endings.
But well done!
Very fun idea... I finished my indie game :)
I really enjoyed the art and sound design. I also liked the secret item combinations (I think I only found one though). Overall a charming game that is fast enough to play a few times but gets pretty trivial to beat.
I really like the art style of the characters and items and I also found the voice acting quite funny. π The idea to experiment with different furniture combinations is cool, however I feel like it's held back by the fact that you do not need to buy any furniture to reach the goal (laptop until you're out of money, ice cream until you're tired, sleep in bed, repeat). I think some incentive to upgrade your stuff (for example to cover regular costs for gas or food) would really help there. I appreciate that you added a bad ending. π
Hahah, I didn't expect this game to have multiple endings! The ending posters are fun :D
I was somewhat confused at first but oh my gosh I loved this game! The cute graphics, the funny voice acting and the multiple endings were all amazing and made me chuckle.
I agree that knowing what things do before purchasing them might be nice, but the mystery item buying was also almost a novelty in itself and the fact that you can quite easily and safely make money meant that buiying random stuff wasn't punishing anyway. I bought stuff for the curiosity!
I was not expecting this to have multiple endings but it made a simple game sooo replayable in the way that items interacted with each other and wanting to try different things. The way I was so surprised when this cute rabbit selling ice cream suddenly was running a sex service out of the cute pink van?! Kept me playing to try and find the different endings and test combinations.
A tiny thing that would add a bit more polish might be to give some visual feedback when hovering over items to indicate that they can be clicked to use their action. I was confused as to what I needed to do at first since nothing seemed to be happening when I clicked "Finish" which I thought would have some kind of end turn effect (also, just entirely my fault for not reading the instructions beforehand aha). A little darken or shrink on hovering would be a simple change to add a little more feedback in the gameplay.
The audio feedback with placing things and the variety of voice sounds was really great! Another tiny thing that I love which just adds some variation is a bit of random pitch variation. A really small thing but, when placing items or the "da da da da" when doing an action, the sound could have a bit of pitch randomness which makes it a little less samey and adds to the polish without having to record multiple sounds.
Overall, an amazingly polished game, especially for compo! Only had a couple of feedback things I could think of to improve it which are obviously so small and not necessary in a time constrained game jam! Love the vibe and the way everything fits together and stays interesting and replayable. Super well done for a very impressive entry! One of my fave so far!
Edit: Just looked at your other games and saw they're all rabbits and I'm obsessed lol
@teto Wow! Thank you for your long review. I am so happy that you love this game! Yes. I don't have enough time to do more visual feedbacks and it may be better if I have time to implement the preview description of the shop items. Thank you for your detail review!!!!
It took me a few dozens tatatata, but I finally finished it⦠only to discover there were different endings. :P @ pov we need spoiler tags!
Now I wish I had that rabbit's (lack of) work schedule.
Haalllooo! Very cute game and funny sound effects. I got confused why my bed suddenly turned red and made strange sounds :joy: At the beginning I was a bit confused because I recognised the bed as furniture and didn't realize that you can serve ice cream to the customers  But once I figured it out I had fun exploring all the different furnitures
cute art style and sound effects! nice idea
