Nice game. The concept is really nice. I would have liked more time to read the things in the shop level, maybe it doesn't have to be 10 seconds for that one. Great job.
Cool game but i died by upgrading and that felt really bad :(
Seemed very bland and dull at first, but I was surprised to see how much depth it had with various types of blocks and upgrades
Wish I could have unlocked all the upgrades, but after 38 levels I got the 9999 maze and lost
I dont understand what i have to do. Come to play my game and rate it!
I got the holy grail!!! Nice game, would have been nice to see the shop for a bit longer than ten seconds, maybe at the beginning because I had no idea what I was buying
it looks like you had not enough time to make it look great, but the concept itself is nice, i like having to chose between safety (going to exit as fast as possible) or risky (collecting yellow gems). Now i can only imagine it with nice sprites and it would be awesome! but well done for a jam!
Fun and simple :)
For such a simple looking game i found myself having a lot of fun. At first i was rushing through the lvls without much purpose, but after i figured it out i found myself making strategies for each lvl. My only gripe was the fact that the count down did not stop in the buy lvl, i think i went through that lvl 3 times before i managed to read what all the upgrades did, also though they were one time use so i collected 100 coins before going for the speed upgrade, boy was i fast after that. Other than that i had a lot of fun great work.
This game is really unique! It's idea is really cool, having 10 second limits in each level. Perhaps an easier progression from cheaper store prices would make the game feel better. A lack of audio also hurts this one a bit.
Really interesting and nice concept. The mechanics from Pong applied to the Hero with WASD movement is great!
Yeah, I got the holy grail! It's simple but really fun and addictive! Well done!
really cool concept and idea to finish levels within 10 seconds. Really fun, but got shafted with the final level being behind a wall. lol. Good job !
At first I was wondering what this game even is, but over time it's addictive nature really revealed itself. It's an idle game, but you're on a timer of 10 seconds!
Getting upgrades really force me to see each level in a different perspective and the possibilities I have, and it's a genius way to reuse levels.
It's one of the most innovative ideas I've seen and has I feel great great potential. But I still think gameplay wise it still has some room for refinement, I feel like losing all progress after 10 seconds feels too punishing and really makes me risk adverse, and encourages slow and patient kind of playing. Also the dying while upgrading feels kind of bad even though I think it's fair.
At first I didn't know what to do and thought it would be a low effort entry, but wow I was really pleasantly surprised. Couldn't stop playing when I got into it, loved the concept and gameplay. One thing that I think I would've liked personally is if the upgrade screen was like a pause screen, where you could take your time and not feeling stressed out. But I understand that it's not because of the jam theme. Anyways, great entry!
Amazing Gameplay here! although the graphics are basically non-existent, the gameplay is amazing! i love how the game constantly has something to do, and just how split seconds decisions of if you should risk going for those coins or just leaving creates a great dynamic. would've loved if it told you how many stages you went through at the end though!
ok, there is no way to get over round 1......
Fun and addictive game. The time limit concept works well. The possibility of more upgrades kept me going. How long you survive is basically linked to how much risk you are willing to take.
Really liked this one. The upgrades were well paced, and the "Upgrade Upgrade" was amusingly meta. If there's one thing I'd add, I guess it would be some kind of checkpoint system, as losing when you're far in is a bit annoying. Still, overall, nice job!
