Really loved solving the puzzle with no hints. Brings back the good old days of gaming where you had to figure out everything yourself.

Hello everyone! Thanks for playing!
Well, Ludum Dare has come again, and another weekend has actually been put to some good use, instead of...no, wait, I did all the stuff I normally do to waste time. But I also did THIS!
I hope you enjoy the game, and I'd love to know what you think, so leave a rating and a comment!
This is an interesting idea. I started to get a feel for what I'm supposed to do, although I feel like a game controller would be more natural to play with (I don't have one on hand, just comparing it to WASDE).
Many ideas here, Nice job!
Interesting game! It needs some audio but the idea is very good. Cant wait to see more universes! Come to play my game and rate it!
Hey, I've just finished the game. I've struggled a bit finding out that two objects could interact with each other but I finally succeeded. The 10s is a good timing even if sometimes we are waiting few seconds. There's a satisfaction feeling when solving all three pieces! I wish it was longer, I want to play level 2!
The idea was well presented and so was the gameplay, something I liked about this game is that you discover everything yourself. Very good
Strange but interesting :3
Feedbacks : - add Sound (mandatory) - hard to understand the game (maybe a step by step at start)
@lautilaj Thanks. Yeah, I'm not very confident in my audio abilities, so the most my games usually get is a sound effect or two haha. Most of my time (like, an uncomfortable amount) was spent figuring out how to make the worlds similar (mechanically), but different (thematically)...and more than a bit of struggling with the models and animations. At that point, I was in kind of a hurry to finish haha.
@schadocalex Yeah, I probably could have explained the "combining" a bit better, especially since all the actions are on one button. Thanks for the feedback.
Interesting! The character and animations were nice! I was quite confused though and just randomly picked things up placing them hoping it would do something, I think some kind of tutorial or more visual indicators on what to do would be good. Overall great job!
Great game, logical tasks, interesting to solve, but the mechanics of combining objects with each other outside the main table was far from immediately found

at first i dont get this, then i dont get this again, but when i get that i become very happy that i play this :)
Great idea this, with a nice look and feel to it. Would be great if you could switch world on demand, but I guess the theme prevented that!
Awesome work!
Neat game! Took me a while to figure out that I could combine items - was about ready to give up in fact right as I made that discovery. Not all of the combinations were intuitive to me, like the "acid heart" for example.
@ninjavitis Thanks. The combination mechanic definitely should have been explained better (that criticism has come up a lot more than I expected). And I can see how the "acid heart" is totally obscure. I was rushing myself too much, and trying to keep the models simple, but maybe I could have taken the extra time. Now that I think of it, "venom heart" might have made more sense, with the monster's snake-like body. Still not quite obvious enough, though. Should have just given it attachable claws or something. Definitely something for me to learn for the next jam.
What a wild ride. So, I played another game this jam that was similar to this, Dr. Word's Machine, and the differences are pretty interesting. That game has a lot more... predictable interactions, but tons of useless items. This game kept the count of items really tight, but had absolutely wild/hard to predict interactions. I think that having a small item count works really really well for that. I had a lot more unpredictable experience in this and it was really really cool! The only thing I really figured out from first principles was the plasma and power core. But yeah, very cool game!
@nardandas Thank you for the response. I do (now) see how I could have made some of the combinations more intuitive.
And a special thanks for giving me my 20th ratings, so I can get some idea of my overall score. I really appreciate it!
