The art was super cute, and I loved that you had to find a balance between using one attack or the other, or else you'd end up dying. That said, I did some other way that I could interact with the world, because I eventually found myself in a sort of loop where I was kiting the villagers around indefinitely, nudging my meter either direction as necessary.
Overall though, I had fun and even though I eventually found an equilibrium, it was definitely interesting to explore the mechanic!
"You were born dead." LOL!!! This is a great concept and a really pretty game. I was enjoying the vibe when out of nowhere I got rushed by a stampede of angry villagers haha
Great music and art. I like the mechanic a lot. It took me a few loops before I thought of using it on the other person and then I had a mindblown moment. Really neat stuff.

I feel like I don't know exactly how I'm abusing my power quite yet, so I keep dying, but I love the idea and enjoy the gameplay. I adore the art style.
Probably the best game I've played on here so far! Really simple concept makes it quick to pick up and figure out. Kudos on not overloading it with too much complexity. Graphics and art are fantastic. Unique concept as well.
Love this game! The art is great and the mechanic is so multifaceted and interesting to explore. I love that age is ammo that has strategic differences based on how old your opponents are and has passive effects on both yours and your opponents speed. Its so simple but has so many applications. I also was incredibly pleasantly surprised when I accidentally used my power on a tree and discovered that not only did it work, but I could use it to tweak my age. I was a little bit confused about the traditional life system, because it wasn't displayed properly on my screen. I also ran into a bug(?) on my first run where huge, fast moving swarms would rush across the screen. Pretty terrifying imo. Really fun and clever entry!
I had a blast playing! The art + music really helped set the theme. I only wish the health and age bars were somewhere near my character so keeping track of my stats would be easier, especially when I'm surrounded by enemies. When there's a lot going on on screen, it's harder to find time to glance at how my age/health is doing. Really great game, and I love this take on the theme! :D
Easily one of the best games I've played this game jam! I really love the idea and the game felt very polished. Art style was amazing too, reminded me of the game "Don't Starve".

Wow that was fun! It definitely feels like a nice twist on the common 2D shooter. The art and music was great and the theme was definitely nailed.
