OH YEAH I LOVE THEM BULLET HELLS! The over-the-top epic description was so over-the-top that I said "ok lets try this" even without seeing any screenshots! I did the retribution and it was indeed airborne and full of legacy ;x

At first it was not clear for me if the fire at the ground will kill me as it was looking quite dangerous but in true danmaku fashion, only the bullets bring real pain.

Sometimes it was hard to differentiate between the fire and bullets as they had similar color - my brain also kept mistaking the shadow of the plane for the plane itself which made the bullet dodging harder!

I would love to have an indication of the hitbox to know how to safely manouever between the bullet waves!

Keep on keeping on!

I got a chance to play your game! and pro-tip(not from a real pro): TAKE SCREENSHOTS! This game has great music, controls, a good variety of 3d-models, the works. I had no idea what to expect with a super long title and no images. My critiques:

shooting did pretty much nothing; on the round where I survived a minute I just stopped shooting and focused solely on avoiding, which I guess is the idea of a bullet hell but you should have impactful shooting!

While the music is good, there's only 2 small sound effects. This makes the guns feel weak and the character like a balloon, not the last hope humanity has

What happens after a minute? I just died on the spot. That would the perfect opportunity for a little explosion or cutscene(I understand that's hard in 48 hours)

The map confused me as the fire does no damage and the planes are the same model

Having to use the mouse to reset the game was a little annoying, bind this to a key!

All these changes can be made relatively quickly if you choose to pursue it further. Good work, good game, I believe in you!

I like the style, and the exposition is top notch. Tons of variety in the enemy patterns, good design for a bullet hell. Great job!

Music is really good! I rarely survived more than about 10-20 seconds, but that could just be because I'm just bad at it :D

I was confused with the ships hitbox first but than i realized the wings didn't count so it was fine from there.

the controls and music where great! I "beat" the game on my 5 try by sitting in the corner for the whole time and baerly moveing once. Great submition!

Lol, the music. This was pretty challenging. Nice job

Hello,

I liked the game overall I had fun. The few things I would recommend changing is 1. The shadow of the plane messed me up a lot where I thought I was the shadow after gazing around the map then looking 2. The fire on the map made me think that I could not go in that area 3. I feel like the graphics for the time/fire/collectable elements could have represented that specific thing better.

Cool game but def some things that can make it better.

"You will not last 20 seconds playing this game!" Absolutely glorious! Hilarious. Love the use of the music. A little simple in mechanics, but I know it's a lot of work to implement bullet hell already. Hard game imo. The confidence and radiance of this masterpiece is brilliant.

I liked that there are multiple enemies and a variety of patterns, but for me it was a little confusing to visualize the bullets at times. I think it would be nice to have some kind of borders or element that contrasts them more with the floor. The music added a really nice touch to the game. Great job.

This game is so hard, but cool

Really cool game! I liked all the different types of enemies and the powerups that the player could get. The audio and graphics are good (it's really cool how you were able to add 3D graphics). The game is a bit difficult though, and it took me quite a few tries to be able to last a minute. Sometimes it's hard to keep track of all the bullets, especially when there are a lot of enemies, so having a higher contrast between the ground/bullets/player would make it easier. Good job!

Okay that was a bit too ahrd for me. Quite unforgiving with the bullets. Would have loved to be able to survive a few more hits.

25 seconds. That's how long I lasted. And I'm proud of that. PROUD!

Fun little bullet hell game with tight controls and a good variety of enemies/attack patterns. The music really adds to the sense of urgency and I liked the 3D animations.

Overall, good job!

That was HARD! Had a good time with this one though. The music really upped the mood and made me want to keep playing.

I found I did better when I didn't shoot at all. Some upgrades to the shooting or maybe having multiple projectiles with some spread right from the get-go would have made it more impactful and useful.

Solid combination of randomized waves that come at you. The issue I had was some of them were pretty easy, and some of them felt down right impossible. The first few runs I only managed to survive for like 6 seconds, and without improving at the game much I was almost able to beat it the next time.

I also would have played much better if I could have controlled with my right hand using the arrow keys.

Also, not sure if this was just me, but I had a really hard time seeing the bullets. I feel like in a bullet hell they should be apparent enough that I can see them well, even in just my peripheral.

Great job!
