At first I didn't understand what I have to do until I've read the itch.io explanation (the controls). It is alright but maybe it would've been much better with more visual feedback to see how my stars/galaxies affect the universe (for example the background could've been dark and by adding more and more stuff it could go brighter and brighter to see that I'm actually impacting something). Regardless, it was a fun short game with an interesting idea!

Interesting game. It was fun to try it out. The visuals are nice and I like the music. I have tried to reproduce the chart, but failed (it is a bit difficult to read - some connections are a bit pale and I do not know if they really exist or it is just my imagination). The stars were disappearing too fast, or I was doing something wrong. Is there a secret, if the player is successful?

I will admit I had a hard time figuring out what to do. I liked the sounds and the visuals, though

Well, I officially suck, cause I can't figure out how to actually play the game aspect, I get the controls, I think. I tried matching the stars behind, looks like it's also a tower defense game? couldn't get the projectile to fire anything but horizontal though.
By far the best part was the particles. I loved making cool collages and throwing my galaxy around :)

@perion I'll try to add that light up idea for future versions, thank you so much!
@zimny11 nope, no secret ending or anything. It's inevitable that you'll lose. Just a high score number if anything. as for the chart... it does nothing during the game. it's just a reset mechanism for after the nebula dies out. should probably have hidden that to not confuse people so much.
@fromage you're not the only one, this idea just isn't working for a game. I'll probably turn it into a constellation charting tool or something. The idea of a goal doesn't work in this instance...
@exevirus controls and such were not explained clearly sadly, and even after they were to some of my friends it still felt like that. I'll remove the gameplay aspect of it in future versions and just transform it into a drawing tool or something.
Thanks for trying it out everyone, even if the actual game part of it is nonexistent

Hey now, don't be so depressed, this was: 1. Your own engine 2. Really cool looking 3. Had great mood points in my book 4. Had a fun interface with the cards idea that you drag around. 5. innovative particle connection stuff. I think you could make it into a game, it's just you need to ask for some inspiration from friends and admirers for ideas I think.

I really love the draggable UI cards and objects, it feels physical like moving tools around on a desk; playing god with the universe. Such a nice idea and fitting feeling for this game. The restart button is also very clever :) I hard a bit of a hard time figuring out how to make the constellation last longer, so the game loop was a bit lacking, but I think with better feedback for players actions affect what's going on could make this more fun to play with.

:taurus: You have something really cool going on here. I was happy I kinda reconstructed Taurus, kinda, hahaha. Thanks for brining this by @jason200101 and also for helping people submit their games during the stream. I might bust this out on Saturday to play with for a bit. I enjoyed the UI a lot, it reminded me of papers please which is a game I am terrible at. Interacting with the objects in such a way adds a lot of immersion into the game.

This is a really interesting concept, but I couldn't figure out how to get it to shoot projectiles in different directions. Could be interesting having different star patterns give you different types of weapons, and maybe black holes or something to limit where you can place your stars.
