Great job! Some more variation in the types of disasters that could happen wouldve been nice, so there could be some strategy involved. But hey, for a jam game not bad at all!

The idea of the game is good. But, in my opinion, the assets can be improved. :)
Neat idea! I was a bit frustrated about all of my houses collapsing. At one run I had 5 houses and 4 of them just collapsed at the same time. Then my last house collapsed and I couldn't get money anymore so I just had to wait for the world to end :D Idea was great, and I actually would have liked to play this game more but at the moment it's too hard.
The graphics and concept are really cool, but the gameplay needs tidying, as you've said.
It's a good idea and a solid concept, but feels undercooked.
An ability to control the speed of the game would be nice. Earning money at the beginning is very slow, and fast-forward button would really help here. It also seems to me like the disasters are way too frequent, especially at the start, when one fire means you will basically start from zero, which is kinda of a bummer, as it feels like you played and achieved nothing.
Maybe even give the player some chance of combating, lessening or averting some of the disasters. Like, if you plant 3 trees, the chance of flooding decreases. Or - an earthquake is coming and if you notice it and initiate an early warning, less stuff will be destroyed.
Travelling around a small, round world reminds me of Reus :). The core concept here is strong, and I think that with some work and a lot of balancing this can be a fun game to play!
I really enjoyed this game well done :D ps: just the esc button closes the full screen but doesn't close the shop window maybe you can change that key :D
Nice level design, the circular game world was very appealing to me. Maybe as an idea for further development: It would be great if there was an option to keep „saving“ money to build stuff even after everything has collapsed (maybe veeeeery slowly, but still getting some money….)? Great job though nevertheless, really a solid game idea in my opinion!
I liked the overall art style that you used (nice cover image, too) and the way the character moved was unique and interesting. I think some sounds would have helped a bit, but I understand that time was short. It is an interesting idea that hopefully you get to expand on in the future :)
Very fun idea. I like the art of buildings and player character. The game gets really satisfying, when you get more and more money. It would be nice, if there was some way to secure your buildings from the disasters.
Nice game. It's slightly slow at the start. It would be cool if there was an opportunity to speed up time. But anyway I had fun ;)
I was devastated to see several of my houses all just collapse at once. Still, fun little game! I'd love to see more of that!
The idea isn't bad per se, but it feels as if there should be more to it. Like putting up a barrier against a flood and hoping you don't get an earthquake. Or stronger houses for the earthquakes etc. There would still be destruction inevitably but the thing is, when you don't make a decision (e.g. barrier vs stronger house) when you get a flood/earthquake it doesn't feel as impactful, just a bit annoying. In other words: when you can make decisions to guard against an incoming disaster and make the right/wrong choice it feels better than just undergoing it without being able to do anything, even if on average the outcome would be the same. You've said that you've had to cut corners, but of course I don't know what you would have done with more time, maybe these are things you already realise. Either way it's certainly is an idea with potential.
i love your concept ! very nice visual too ! I wasn't able to hold my building for long but i had fun, great entry
Cool concept! As a player, I feel a bit out of control, not being able to mitigate the disasters. But with some polish, I think your idea definitely has potential.
Good idea : ) but I found some bugs that cound't let me finish the game, but the instantiation of the builds has a nice feeling! I had fun, if you do a polish would be great : )
Interesting game of course, but now is the time that in our world, too, an emergency situation is possible, recently natural disasters hit Europe. I found here https://www.atisystems.com/products/outdoor-warning-sirens/ information about outdoor warning sirens, and I think it's right to tell you about it. You can follow the link and find out more about outdoor warning sirens.
