I think having some music could have helped you here. I found the controls a bit too hard.
That being said, the game looks really good!! Esp for 48 hours so good job!

@WizKid Thank you! I agree, some audio really would have added to the atmosphere, but unfortunately I ran out of time. I would have loved to have added some breathing and bubble sounds ;(
Add "press space to swim" to the list of controls lol I spent too long thrashing about wondering why I wasn't moving!
I love the aesthetic.
Cool game! Impressive work for a short jam. I would have liked to see the map focus on more vertical movement to do something with going deeper. The map is fairly flat, and I felt like I could see everything right from the start. Great work.
Love the bright deepsea. Most of the games have a much darker theme but this one was nice. Unfortunately the response on control is tough. it didn't behave as fast as I would have liked. Overall : good job !
Nice and relaxing diving game, I liked the good variety of upgrades to buy. Shame about the lack of sound but apart from that, it's fun game.
Good 3d graphics and general style but in my opinion the control is pretty hard
Like the graphics and the sense of progression in the game, but similar to other felt that the controls were very challenging. It seemed like the pitch of the player would get out of line as at some point I was pressing left and going right
I enjoyed diving for loot and leveling up to go further and further. As others mentioned the controls held it back a bit, but overall a fun game!
Impressive to get a 3D game done in a short time! Clean graphics. I felt it was quite slow. A lot of time spent swimming between boxes not doing much. The WASD / space control system although fine, wasn't very intuitive. Part of this was the need to control the camera separately. It made for an overall difficult experience. Maybe you could revisit the control scheme in a future version - the mouse could be for direction, the keys for strafe and back/forward - like a 1st person shooter? Well done! Good luck!
