I had a really hard time learning all the controls, maybe include some pop-up controls in the menu? On the second level, there is just too much lag for me to play properly further, it is simply unbeatable the moment the frame rate drops, maybe try improving the performance.
I quite liked it! The punchy sound effects were a nice touch, I initially thought it might have been a little too simple, but the progression of each level to the next worked out quite well!
Though the "boss" level was a little underwhelming, was hoping for more challenge there, as the level before was harder :eyes:
+1 for the performance issues, loading into some levels initially was quite painful (and I have a fairly powerful machine!)

@notinatal indeed yes, its because the enemies are supposed to charge you but cant because there is an obstacle in the way, it will be patched later
@profan hey thank you very much, the boss was made when there was only 2 hours on the clock and i had to do everything quick, in a later update ill try polishing things up, fixing the performance and making the boss diferent, thank you
Nice game, the first enemies were kinda hidden away and it could do with a bit of damage feedback! overall nicely done!
I would have been happy if the level had been a little brighter. But it's a nice game, I enjoyed it :D

I find the concept quite great and everything controls well, the game is just a bit lacking on some places on the art side, but gosh it is so fun to play!
There were just a few frame drops sometimes, but it might come from my computer not being the greatest one

@sheinxy just to inform you, its not your pc, its my game, its due to a lot of crap on the screen and glitches
@lelek-hunor-kadosa yeah i figured that out, took me a long time but thank you, ive fixed it in a newer update
Good game! I like all the sound effects, it felt very cohesive and well connected. I think I broke it at one point my dude disappeared but enemies were still attacking me, maybe I died. nice work!
Hey, I just played your game, it was pretty fun. I do whish there was some more feedback whenever you get hit (like a health bar), or when enemies started to spawned. Also, there was some areas where it got REALLY laggy, or that might just be me. Overall, it was pretty okay game, I hope you get good place in the jam.

Cool game! I like the fast pace fights especially in the later levels. The framerate drops were a speed bump but the ride was enjoyable nonetheless

Overall cool game, but it was too dark for me, and you should make it so when the player dies it resets because its pretty anoying to close and reopen the game. I liked that it was fun and cool thou.

@bluishgreenpro who, that was the most detailed advice i have ever heard,
I absoloutley agree that this game has a lot of problems and most of them are due to, incompetance, not enough time and that i was learning gdevelop, i started using it at the start of april,
I agree that the game is too dark, ive just realised that my monitor has a high brightness wich makes my game more visible, wich was fixed in the version 1.2
Damage feedback was planed but i didnt know how to actualy make it, but now i do and im planing to update the game with more feedback
The player dying overlay was also planed but i didnt know how to make the text follow the camera, wich is another reason why the players health bar is not visible
I tried adding some "clever" game design choices, for example the boxes in level 3 prevent the turret from hiting you but still showing you what it does, or for example the alarm starting when you are being ambushed
The turret constantly shooting you is also a thing i didnt know how to do, i dont know how to make AI with real sight in gdevelop, and didnt have enough time to figure it out, also i somewhat knew how to make the turret shoot at you when you are a specific distance close but, if you are far away from turret 1 and close to turret 2, the game only checks the distance between turret 1 and the player, so turret 2 wont even fire or something different will happen,
Making the light object biger is actualy very logical and im just an idiot
on the final boss you are supposed to shoot the grey box with orange lines and there is a very SLIGHT hint to show you that its taking damage, its the metal hit sound, but many players ended up geting stuck so im just stupid again and should have added some feedback
I think you didnt pick up on this but on the second to last level and the final boss the AI is avoiding the bullets, there was supposed to be an announcer like the combine Overwatch from half life 2, it was supposed to say "Attention, reprograming data recived..... all robotics have been reprogramed"
