Very slick presentation, and you've got an impressive amount going on here for a Jam game!
The early stages felt a bit directionless, but that improved once the loops started; perhaps it would have worked better with some form of "fake" goal for the player in the early stages to give them some sense of what they might be trying to achieve?
It was also sometimes a little tricky to tell which cards were "move to" and which were "interact with". In the absence of some kind of map it would be helpful to get some hint of which cards are "go in deeper" and which are "back out" (insofar as those concepts make sense).
Still, the whole thing definitely has potential; good work!
That was cool! The UI design was very good. I kind of agree with the other comment about the early parts feeling a bit directionless, but it definitely picked up after that!
This is astoundingly good, especially considering the amount of time you made it in! Just the shear mounds of writing you had to do to make this work is crazy! There was phenomenal world building, A good sense of exploration and intrigue, Great pacing, And a nice aesthetic to wrap it all up in. 5/5 I've rated about thirty games so far and this is probably my favorite
Very nice. The UI was nice and the storyline very detailed. To do all the ui and create a story like that in the time you had is pretty impressive. Some sound would have been nice, but it is a very good game anyway.
Good job.
Gameplay is similar to text quests, but because of nicely done UI decisions - I feel a lot more comfortable interacting with the game. Item cards and navigation are quite intuitive. And the amount of work you put in here is really impressive. It's a lot of content! We stopped evil bear-mutant from messing with our timeline after all :)
Great game! I really like the "spend time" mechanic.
Nice, there's quite a bit more here than it seems initially! I feel like some of the locations were slightly hard to map out in terms of navigating through them (the garage/casino area especially) but that didn't end up stopping me in the end.
Great game! The amount of writing that went into this is very impressive. Only complaint is that is does feel a bit directionless at the start.
Okay I really loved this game and played it for farr longer than intended! The only reason I stopped was because I felt like I was going in circles. I really wanted to know what happens and I'd gathered so much information but it was a little unclear of which rooms led to which especially in the casino area where all the rooms seemed to lead to the same place. That said, the story that I got through was good and so complex with all the different pathways making it soooo good for a jam game! Super impressed with the content and the UI is incredbly polished with really nice visual feedback as well. Awesome job!
