Nice game i really liked the audios
Nice atmosphere and the music is very good and fits into the mood. I just would have missed being able to jump on spacebar, but that might be my preference.
Simple graphics, good idea, i like the mood too.
It got stuck for me at a certain point, and then again in the same point after reloading. I like the graphics, and physics were enjoyable too. Would love to see it developed!
Hello, good work and cool use of the theme! The music was very nice and the color choices also helped sell each stage. The platforming is solid as well, pushing boxes has some cool potential. Also I wanted to point out that I could not see the "continue" button until I zoomed in my web browser, the UI canvas should be set to scale with the resolution. Nice simple minimalist project.
Interesting idea for the theme. I like the concept of a single level looping over and over again, but with some changes. You also linked the them to the story, which is vague, but clear enough. But I gotta ask: Is there a way to get to acceptance? It feels weird, that the game just end at depression. I don't want to know how to get there, just if it's a thing in the first place. Anyways, the gameplay was really simple, but since that's not really the focus of the game, it's not a big problem. Nice game!
Nice game!
well i wanted to make a way to get to acceptance for like an alternative ending but i simply hadn't enough time. I liked all your comments and feedback thankyou!!!
The game freezes when the first text in the level appears. Music was good
Hi! From what i managed to play, it seemed really good! Loved the mood and overall simplicity of the game. Similarly to @loku , mine got stuck at a certain point, even after reloading. Good game though!
The screen is not fitting well on itch. It's cutted at the top. For exemple on the title screen, I can only see START and QUIT but no title. And I like the introduction, and the atmosphere of the box style like prototype art with the music, but in the game I'm just able to go down and push the big cube. Then that's it. I'm blocked...
Nice idea! I think you can improve to adapt a better resolution web browser. Also, the camera can improve better the "feelings" of the game, I recommend this plugin: http://www.procamera2d.com/ At the beginning looks simple but there is a lot inside: the colors, the audio, the story... Good job! Keep doing games!
So, I couldn't get very far, but I think I got a feel for it. Be sure that you enter the right window resolution when creating your itch.io project, because even in different browsers and at different zoom levels the interface was cut off and I was unable to click continue. That being said, the platforming mechanics are good, jumping and pushing blocks feels right, which is difficult to get for a lot of people. I'm not sure I buy the premise. Isn't the whole point of the five stages of grief that it's a process with an ending, not a loop? Also, the graphics are very minimal. But the music was quite good, nice job getting something done and submitted.
I liked the audio. The graphics are beautiful, but the camera...next time pay attention for this. And there is a major bug. I losed the control at a point at the beginning. I reloaded the page a few times, but I losed the control every time at the same point.
The game was cool, and the music was nice. The controls felt good two. Unfortunately, I couldn't play very far as the controls stopped working in the first level(as mentioned before by @benedek-labancz). Some of the text was also off the screen for me. Good effort, shame about the bug as the game seemed like it would be very enjoyable. Congratulations finishing your first LD.
