Interesting idea. Could use a more challenging aspect, since it is pretty easy to avoid the rain drops. Maybe add multiple at once or faster.
Love the graphics on it - I realized after a little bit though that I could camp the corner and rarely anything dropped there until it really started speeding up.
This is an example of game jam games done right. No-nonsense mechanics and scope, fun gameplay, high level of polish. Great job!
Music actually works by being repetitive and a bit hypnotic, fits the gameplay.

The style is fantastic and I love the way you did the smoke for the fire. In terms of difficulty the ramp up felt a bit slow until around level 8 but after that it got challenging pretty quickly.
As steted below, i can totally see this as a mobile game! The pacing was too slow for my taste but thats just about balancing. Overall very pleasing experience
Great to see a Pico-8 game! It's quite nice but the difficulty could be scaled a bit more. It's fairly easy and I don't think it rises in difficulty by too much. I liked the particle effects and gameplay was good!
Seems like it would be an awesome phone game to play repeatedly. Maybe it could be more punishing but still a good fun game. Well done!
The music wasn't too bad actually, if you made it loop a bit cleaner and added a flourish or two it would fit really well. I enjoyed the smoke effects a lot. If you made it a bit more challenging, speed up faster and then add multiple drops, you'd have a really great little game!
Loved the game art and animations. Looks beautiful. Felt a bit easy but enjoyed the game.
