Cool little game. Damage animation/indication would be good, and maybe up the damage when an enemy hits you? ATM you can just run through everything Zoidburging everything.

Nice game. For me the game was bit to easy except boss battle
I enjoyed the platformer / shooting combo. The controls feel tight and it'd be fun to have more enemies to fight in more environments.
I agree with the other comment that some sort of indicator when you're hit would help the game feel more fair.

The boss is harder than I thought π The platforming is solid, I would try to give more feedback to the player though, sounds and animations for when the player/enemie get hit and things like that. Overal fun game π

Platforming controls felt quite good and I liked the particle effects. Areas to improve would be the tiling of sprites, making the lighting a little less all on or all off, if you know what I mean, and adding more sound effects (and improving the how the walk sound effect is repeated).

Are those Cacodemons :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:? Controls pretty well but there is some lack of feedback on some things, most notably getting hit. Boss movement seemed pretty random and erratic although I did manage to beat it eventually but it felt more like I got lucky.
Boss was tough! Good job on creating an interesting environment to navigate. Look forward to future jams!
Simple game but nicely executed. Controls felt good. I liked that the enemies followed the player and were a good difficulty. Graphics and audio could be better. Level could have been better designed, it was fairly easy to just run past the smaller enemies and head straight into the boss battle.
This was a fun game! I liked the simplicity of it and I think it served the mechanic well. I think a more unified art style and some more audio/music would be really great in this one. The boss battle was really fun, and because the boss had such interesting movement it made me really wanna keep trying. But even after a couplle of tries I couldn't beat the boss - he's a tough one! I had fun, well done!
