HAH! Take this enemy drones!! Cool little game, I really felt the pressure of the mission. The music was on point. I think you could add some more enemies maybe. Nice job!

daria-toni 2020-04-22 13:59

Hey, @fancy89 thanks for the comment! We didn't want to complicate the game so that anyone could finish it.

pagetb 2020-04-22 14:49

cool idea !

colan 2020-04-22 14:56

Cool Idea Indeed! i like the lights and camera movements. Good job

waqar-naeem 2020-04-22 15:02

Nice work

rolodophone 2020-04-22 15:08

Nice and tense, I like it!

statt 2020-04-22 15:16

Pretty cool idea with sneaky-sneaky drones, but it would be really great if there were more enemies and/or their types. Music is kinda atmospheric which is giving it "stealth" feel!

nosfer 2020-04-22 16:55

nice music and graphics, like the camera angle - reminded me of the Metal Gear Solid on PS1

daria-toni 2020-04-23 13:29

@pagetb thabks a lot!

@colan hey, thank you for your opinion and for checked out our game.

@waqar-naeem thank you!

@rolodophone We wished it would be tense, thanks.

@statt thank you for your opinion on our game! We tried not to make the game too complicated and were in a little hurry, so there're not too many enemies.

@nosfer wow, I didn't think about it, but such a cool comparison. Thank you :)

jahwffrey 2020-04-23 22:50

Very atmospheric, great use of tense hallways, overall great work!

fpgames 2020-04-23 23:02

I really enjoyed playing this game..it took me 4 turns I think to complete it..I personally think the game needs a minimap because it was a little hard to find the way(Maybe that was intended)..; Overall this was a fun little game.. Good job!

daria-toni 2020-04-25 12:15

@jahwffrey thank you very much! Nice to hear it.

@fpgames thanks for your opinion. Well it was... half-intended :) We often strive to give less information and allow to understand the game by playing it (and this often works against us in the end hehe). I'm glad you liked it!

natalie-sodomkova 2020-04-25 17:06

nice. But atleast some indication of where to look and being able to see around you more would be cool. Information is the most importatnt thing in stealth games afterall.

le-don 2020-04-25 19:18

I like the atmosphere in this game a lot - music and art is great! But I didn't know where to go and gave up after a while. I think the camera is a little too close and the game might need a bigger overview, which might also help with the navigation. And I didn't understand what stealth mode is supposed to be. A little explanation might be helpful, as otherwise the player has to learn by failing, which isn't that much fun imo.

daria-toni 2020-04-26 14:22

@natalie-sodomkova hi and thanks for your opinion! We will take into account such advice for the future. This is our first attempt in this genre.

@le-don thank you for trying our game! Stealth mode makes you more invisible and inaudible to the enemy. In normal mode he notices you from afar and hears you too. In stealth mode you can go very close and go unnoticed. We believe that self-learning during the game can be fun, but I'll not argue, it's individual.

le-don 2020-04-26 16:06

Dude, you're right, learning by playing can be fun. But that is not the issue here. It is learning by failing or punishing learning, which is not so much fun. I think you should consider, when learning by playing is fun and when not, what are the limitations of learning by playing, what should the played figure out by himself and what not, etc.

But yea, that's also just my opinion, no need to argue :).

peterbuo 2020-04-26 17:34

I love the fact that you're able to induce stress from this game, it really keeps you hooked! Great job

nathan-wiles 2020-04-27 00:59

The drone is fun to drive around and the story makes sense and gives a real sense of purpose. I liked the sound a lot, too. My only real complaint is that the game felt a little on the easy side, since I really didn't see anything keeping me from remaining in stealth mode the entire time. All in all great submission, thanks for sharing!

charles-fernandez 2020-04-27 01:58

Pretty fun game :) My only critique is not having any idea, whatsoever, where I could find the objective. I felt sort of lost, but assumed the objective would be on the other side of the map, which helped. Other than this though, game was fun! Great graphics, as well!

daria-toni 2020-04-27 12:51

@le-don I really understand your point of view about this. I'll think it over :) Thanks for your opinion anyway.

@peterbuo well, it seems we have achieved our goal in the topic of tension, thanks!

@nathan-wiles in stealth mode the movement is much slower, if this doesn't annoy you, then really nothing stops you from going through the whole game like that :) Thank you for your comment!

@charles-fernandez I agree with you that we should have added some kind of landmark. But the end of development took place in a hurry and we weren't completely sure what the location would be. Thank you!

charlietu 2020-04-28 12:23

Wooow nice game, I got an old school MGS vibe playing it ! Stealth games a kinda tricky to make in such a short time, you guys did it great ! Keep up th e good work

jasonsumm1 2020-04-28 12:36

really atmospheric, good graphics and music. nice job, very enjoyable! :)

daria-toni 2020-04-29 16:37

@charlietu already the second mention of MGS, wow! Thanks a lot :)

@jasonsumm1 thank you! I'm glad you like it.

klark007 2020-04-29 20:58

Would have been a bit better if the enemies wouldn't see you trough walls. Liked the graphics very much

derstander 2020-04-29 21:34

Very cool. The music really sets the atmosphere. And I think the noise of your vehicle drowning out the approaching enemies causing you to stop to listen really adds to the concept. Pretty much the only thing I wished for was the mode swap key ('c') remapped to something else (e.g. spacebar). But awesome anyway!

techsec 2020-04-29 22:54

Wow this was a cool game, we also attempted a stealth game but never achieved the same level of sucess as you guys. The world is stunning in such a short time and the music was spot on. (Most importantly unlike our game no bugs XD). Really Good Job Guys!

kelsyrup 2020-04-30 03:06

I LOVE a LD game with a win state! Well done!! Maybe not the most obvious use of the theme, but that's alright! I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a little frustrating that I couldn't remember where I came in, but that's no fault of the game. While frustrating, I liked the desperation of being behind enemy lines with no map and no idea where to go. The music added a lot as well!

notan-lemon 2020-04-30 04:20

Hey this is great! This game has a great vibe. The music is nice, and the graphics is cool. The number of enemy drones is small to be challenging, but I think it made exploring the map really fun. Great job!

daria-toni 2020-04-30 08:34

@klark007 in theory enemies can't see through the walls (maybe you found a bug?), but they still have a hearing, so they can hear through the walls. Hearing radius is always bigger than vision, even in stealth mode. Thanks for trying our game!

@derstander ha-ha, actually we even had a little argument about which button to use. Glad you like our game, thanks for such positive response!

@techsec hey, I'll try your game later :) We try not to complicate the mechanics too much and so more or less managed to avoid bugs (I hope so heh). Thank you for your comment!

@kelsyrup oh, thank you! Our programmer made a map in the last hours (and I was dead, sleeping) and we didn't know what it would be like until the end. I really hoped that the players could find a way out :)

@notan-lemon I'm glad you like it! We didn't want to make enemies too fast or in large numbers so that anyone could complete our game. But we personally would like it to be more hardcore tbh :)

thomas-bringer 2020-05-12 10:50

Nice game! Great atmosphere, nice art & audio. A bit hard for me to figure out where I needed to go. The gameplay was still pretty fun. Good job :)

daria-toni 2020-05-13 12:37

@thomas-bringer hey! Sorry for late answer. I'm glad you liked our little game! As I said before, our programmer made a map in the last hours and we didn’t know what it would be like until the end.
