Really nice style

Like the idea, can see the potential with the features mentioned, would check out a post-jam version. Context-sensitive actions would have been nice rather than having to choose from the menu, but maybe more options were planned! Really like the motion of the water, adds a lot to the style.

Ambitious, but as it is there isn't much to play...

Cool idea. I know from experience that it's difficult to manage your time when creating a big project. I would have tried to make a more simple game and make it playable as quickly as posible and then polish with the time that is left. But cool work anyway. Would love to play it when it's finshed!

Very cool concept, I would be excited to see what it's like when it's more finished. I really like the water effects and the kinds little cart!

Cool idea for a worker management game -- will be cool to see this start fleshed out more!

nice game

Not sure if I was missing something - but all I could do was mine and build roads.

Can't vote fairly for most points. However I'm glad you still uploaded the result.

Very ambitious, and it's a shame you couldn't get further. Is the path of the road predefined? I couldn't chose very much and they stopped continuing the road on a corner of the river.

Excited to see this again once it's finished

I'm still working on the project :) I decided to rewrite bases to make it rock-solid with unit-testing. The hardest part to keep stable is the AStar path finding. During the Compo I did the worst implementation possible lol ! I will give news when will be playable :D

That blue wavy stuff in the background was really cool. Quite liked the idea behind the game but didn't completely understand how to play at first. Would be good if there was a tutorial or something. Good job!

Hey! Saw your game was a few votes short, so I played it on Twitch and gave some live feedback! VOD is up on Youtube, if you'd like to see it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gi6oja9yekY

I know you weren't able to get as much game in here as you'd wanted to, but this was a neat game! I really liked how the rock cubes, as they were mined, shrank down to ground level... it was a really elegant way to tell the player the resource was being depleted! The way the water cubes waved was another neat aesthetic touch. The graphics were really unified too! Between the low-poly models and flat shading, everything looked really good together. I definitely noticed some weird behavior trying to drag the king, and issuing multiple orders to one character, but I know how you don't often get time to test and check stuff. Especially when you have ambitious plans! Even so, I had a good time with this, and wish you luck continuing it! Thanks for making this!

Thanks for the feedback @solifuge ! It's a nice way of review games. It's the first time I saw this that way :) I stopped working on the game because I think controls should be done another way. I fixed many thing since but never publish the game since. I'll see if I could find time to fix broken mechanics hehe.
