Fun idea! Reached level 3 on the third run! But then the enemies became too fast!

I would have liked if I could switch easier between the two modes. Otherwise a lovely game
I felt sorry for Franky  For the first jam, I think that the game isn't bad. Good job
The itch.io link you provide in your description doesn't work.
I'm sad to say, that the game didn't really work for me. clicking the buttons didn't seem to register at all :(. Shame, as I was looking forward to smacking Franky around ;)
@klark007 Yes i tried to implement it in the first place but I didn't fixed it before the deadline
Not bad for first jam game, I like the art. I kept clicking on the enemies before I realised I was suppose to be helping the zombie haha. Also he got to negative IQ which I had a good chuckle at.
The enemies become too fast for me at some point, but the concept is great and maybe you can polish the game with a little more time working on it. Congrats for your first Ludum Dare! To submit a game it's already an achievement, it doesn't matter if it's finished or not.
An interesting and funny little game. The tutorial/intro could have been better, but when I first understood the game idea it was really fun to play.
Interesting, but the game loop is honestly rather plain. If only the game had more various interactions with Franky, or even some that interact with each other, e.g. the peasants going after the rabbit to kill it, it could result in a much more interesting game loop. Another nitpick is that moving your mouse all the way to the top-left corner and back is a bit tedious, I would implement hotkeys.
@nnnikki Haha I hadn't thought of using the rabbit like that, but I like the idea. I'm going to work on the hotkeys indeed, as I said it was a basic will but I'm learning on the fly. Thanks for the feedbacks anyway!
Great job on your first game for the jam! You definitely beat me my first time around. Near the end the enemies came to fast and overall the game loop is not much fun but you finished and have something to continue to build on if you want. Great work on the art and overall mood too.
Nice game, looks nice. AI movement seems solid.
Think you need some keyboard button to let you select the abilities, it seemed like A and D did this, but it would only select the red one. The orange one got highlighted but only red ability seemed to work. If you want to keep it mouse only you should move the buttons, maybe center at the button and make them bigger. Then disable any keyboard inputs, so not confuse the players.
Since the game is played mostly with the mouse it feel strange that you have to use the keyboard to select the menu buttons, try to keep it consistent.
When changing levels it reset the selected ability to the orange one, it should keep what you had selected, I hit the peasants often since I assumed the red was still selected.
I wanted to see what happen if he got to the rabbit, but it seems impossible, even on a IQ of 1 he goes towards the village. Could be a nice bonus objective to try to keep him going toward the rabbit. Would incentive the player not to just spam click the slap on Frank.
Allowing the player to just spam click slap is bad, I just spammed clicked a couple of time each level and never had a problem of IQ running out. Could maybe have it so it you slap him to much in a row he falls over or passes out or something and then loses a lot of IQ.
This is a good game for a first game jam, a lot better then my first one hehe :)
