Cool game! Fit the theme really well I think and liked the narrative and bits of dialogue before each journey to the shop to help indicate your progress in the game. Movement was a little rigid however and made getting to some parts of the levels to get coins difficult but fortunately, my wife still survived!
Great work ! I like the overall look of it, the HUD is very neat. Adding those "Paper please" choice between every level was a really nice idea, it made me care more about the caracter !

Congrats on your first LD game!
Overall you managed to create a short but put together experience. I did see some nice attempts at creating non-linear levels which is a nice way to affect the end. You got some player choice at the end of each level which was a nice touch that also directly affects how the story ends. There was just enough content to keep me entertained and you paced it well.
You mentioned it had some jank and it did. But I didn't meet any game breaking bugs so overall I would say you did great!

Nice Jam-Game and congrats to your first Pulication. I had a lot of Fun playing your Game. I liked the little Dialogs and the prograssion. I liked the Music, as well. The Leveldesign was interesting, even though i had my fair share of problems getting to some Point cause of the Jump. It was kinda funny how the sword could be used as a poggostick :D. Overall i enjoyed the experience you portrayed. Thanks for your submission :)

Great music and art! One minor thing that I'd like to suggest is make the rolling enemies not have their HP roll with them, instead stay static while they roll, but it's a very small thing!
Had fun playing your game. Managed to beat it! It surprised me (in a good way) when i was launched into the air by the hammer dudes. Great work!

I liked the overall idea of the game, its best parts were surely the choices at the end of each level. The gameplay itself feels quite clunky though, and I found it difficult to understand when the zombi-esque dagger enemies were actually attacking me. Good job anyway!
Nice little platformer - I spent far too long platforming and so didn't really get a sense of why - I think I found a shop at some point but for some reason I instantly came out of it and seemed to go back to the title screen, so I think I lost a lot of the context of what was going on!
Hey first of all congratulations for you first publication. I really liked the music and the game. Also think you could increase the size of the jump a little bit

I like this sword mechanics. I waited for the enemy to turn their backs and attacked them.

I liked the game, but there are some bugs. e.g.: I can push the enemies into walls. I also liked the little power-ups. A great experience overall.

Good design of the levels i always could tell where to go and if i did a mistake jumping down (missing coins) it felt like my fault not the design. Would have loved a mouse less controls.
Just the right amount of difficulty. Good experience good game!

I like the design and after I read the intro text, I got interested quickly. The most important thing is that you published the game and it's playable! Hence, you can receive feedbacks, like the followings: - I managed to trick the game that if I jumped right on any enemy NPC I just could "grab" and jump away with them far away without taking any damage. - Even without that trick I just realized that there is no AI at all. I expected that if I go near to them, they start aproaching me, but no :( - The platforms were put in a way that I felt multiple times that when I jumped off from one, I cannot go back, just only if I turn back and go through it again. - In the end it was not that obvious what should I do, or how can I do it better.
Not saying that my first game was better in anyways (neither the current one), I'm happy you published it, because that's the most difficult part!
I like the music. The story feels depressing, and it's sad hearing the main character feel like it isn't getting better, but hey, I still won the game so that's nice. Nice work!
