Background music is awesome!!
@dq-201 Thanks! :smile:
Hello It's me again! I see you made a lot of progress from your first game, and added cutscenes! I tried to complete this game at least for 1 time, but the collider of zombies when thy hit you was to big, and when I wanted to be pacifist, they just killed me when I was in air. But overall this game is great and fun!!!
@aret24 Thanks! I really have a problem with making my games too difficult... I'll try to work on that in the upcoming half-year. Thanks for the feedback!
Congratz on the game. Reminds me of the old prince of persia games. Nice background audio, where is it from?
@lukel This is COMPO. I made everything myself.
Hmm ok
Hey, cool entry! My world looked the same, no one has time for scenes  Unfortunately i had to ofind the truth with cheat, but have tried many times!
Great game ! Love the difficulty ! The zombie killing you mid-air is a bit fustrating though. Sadly I couldn't finish the pacifist way, that big guy always had me on the way back
Well done! The background music is nice, and I didn't really find the game that difficult. What I didn't like about this game is how much you slide around, and I don't really see how it fits in with the theme. It's also a bit too short. But overall it's a decent game, great job!
@artemftw Thanks! The implementation of the theme is that you can kill everyone, spare(save) everyone, or something in between. I used the theme as a question, not a direction. Also, I thought the game a bit short because you have to beat it 3 times to unlock the truth and so every difference I made would be 3 times more.
Nice job! Its the first COMPO game with an proper intro! I like you sound design, the sound effects and the music of the game. I did not finished it, as I could not beat it (I know for some it was not difficult at all) I never know how big the radius of the enemy attack was and the controls where a little clunky, when you land inbetween them, you slide a little further. I manage to activate one side but died on my way to the other ^^ also the extra heart did not help me, as I lost more lives getting it usually xD But thats mainly because Im just really bad in these games in general. (Oh, You can STAB?!)
Okay just played the game again... Wow everything makes sense now! I hope I don't have these dreams, who knows what I would have done xD Nice work with the archivements! I'm sure there is also an pacifist way, but as I tried this the first times, I did not manage to do it ^^ I survived my half stabbing half jumping round with 1 hp left!
Not bad! Music, intro, sound.
But damn, it's hard. You really need to update the hit boxes. It feels like the small enemies hit box is the same as for the big ones. I made the middle end, but never managed to kill all or spare all.
I had to cheat to see "The Truth!" ;)
Nice job.
My tip for your next jam is to sort your priorities, put things such as achievements and cutscenes on the "luxury" shelf and only make them after you're sure your core loop is done and done, fun to play and polished. I'm not saying the intro is not nice (because it is), I'm saying you ended up having less time to refine the gameplay, and combat and movement ended up feeling off. The numbers of stabs are chaotic (I can be 100-0'd within a split second) and hitboxes are meh. Remember the gameplay is (usually) the most important and you can't be overambitious in a prototype festival.
Cool story. It was hard to get a pacifist so I shift+Td in the end. But it was fun slaughtering them all at the start before I realized...I was the corrupted one
Really difficult especially since the range on the enemies appears to be further than the players reach and the controls feel a bit wonky ^^
Cool background music, it was really hard though
