Loved it! Big fan of the graphics :D
Neat graphics. It was hard to know whether a trade was good or not other than the number of items - was that the only metric? I had fun looking at all the items and the descriptions and at the characters you created. Interface is simple, clean, and easy to use.
Very Creative! Loved the charactes names and unique are style.
I enjoyed the graphics! I also think it was a creative story and entertaining to read. I agree with @dob, that it was a bit hard to determine if a trade was good or bad.
your game reminds a lot about a tale my mother used to tell me about the boy who wanted to get rid of a snowball in his foot and ended up trading with scalating evil characters ... never knew where that tale came from but I was thrilled about that story and she told me over and over ... there is a lot of narrative potential in that trading thing ...
love the art, if you happen to evolve this game past the jam, please keep it hand drawn as it is, it has a very unique taste to it that most games miss ... it maybe just me, but this art style I think is just lovely
my favorite character so far btw

Interesting idea, and cute graphics (:
It was a bit difficult to know how to trade but it was still fun to trade away :P Well done over the weekend!
Nice artworks!
Really liked the pixel art for the items, fits the artstyle well.
Overall: Enjoyable art and quirky characters and objects make this a pleasing experience. I was expecting some kind of "puzzle" but there wasn't one.
Fun: "You also begin to understand the latent value system lurking behind the veil of seemingly-useless washed-up sewer junk." Based on this sentence from the game description, I went into the game expecting to have to figure out some clever trick that determines the value of items. Maybe the colour? Or the first letter of the object name? Well, if there was anything like that, I didn't find it, and it didn't matter, because the following simple strategy seems to always work: accept only those trades that increase the number of items I have. If there _were_ a puzzle like that, then it would be very hard to discover the solution, because at no point are we told the value of the items we have. Or have I missed the point of this game completely??
Innovation: Sure, I haven't seen a game that plays like this before.
Theme: Yep!
Graphics: I adore the art style. It's really pleasing and suitable for the game, and you made a lot of little pieces of art! If I _had_ to make a suggestion, it'd be to centre the game in the web page.
Humor: Yes, thanks to all the quirky descriptions.
Mood: The funny characters and nice art makes this a cheerful game but how about some sounds/music?
I love the style of graphism ! The gameplay is original and your concept is a good idea. This is so creative, I'm a huge fan of this game ! Really good job !
Fun and original little game, I love the description of the items and the different characters :) I think I managed to finish it? When Marty offers me to get me out of the sewer when my inventory was full, but I couldn't interact with anything so it was a little confusing. But anyway, great job :)
cute game! nice to see all these characters. i never fully understood the logic, but that felt fine, when trading with magical sewer creatures i don't demand realism. at the end(?) i couldn't click to trade for Marty to take me home? (at least that's what i thought it was offering, but now that i clicked other stuff i can only see the descriptions of items...)
