I was actually originally going to also do something based on the "One Red Paperclip" story. I love that your game is actually "cannon" in the item order, and the art style is really cute.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD45 → One Red Paperclip

Love the art style and the idea. Wish the game was longer, it reminded me of the Dizzy game on NES that I used to play a lot as a child. Good job!
Nice take on the theme. The game was fairly simple but it was still an enjoyable experience. The graphics were also very cute !
The graphics were really good in this! I wish there was a bit more content :P
Pretty cool idea! I think potentially it could use a bit more feedback, like a sound effect when you trade an item or something but the art is very nice, and it controls really well. The art style in general is very charming but I love the speech-bubbles-with-images type of dialogue you went with. Great work!
I loved the background art and the game was quite peaceful.
I would change the point where it shows you space is interact to later when you actually can interact.
Well done!
I liked the art and style of the game a lot. The idea of trading up starting with the paperclip is also a pretty good fit for the theme. Even though I kind of liked the minimalist way you went with character dialogue, I think it would make the gameplay more interesting if there were more options for how you could talk with the other characters. Some dialogue could add some more thought to the trading rather than just walking around looking for the person who wants your item. Anyway, I enjoyed the game, I think it's pretty polished for the amount of time you had to make it.
I know this story is probably common knowledge by now, but I've never heard about it before! Thanks for sharing! xD
Really cool entry! :D
