it was kinda hard to figure out where to find everything at the beginning, but after a while I managed to finish it ! You need to continue it and make it progressive :D like find your body parts one by one ^^ Congrats on your entry :)
I was missing the right path a bit long but I got it eventualy. The game has a really nice atmosphere and is made well. Good job!
@raivk yeah that was first idea to do it part by part but I dont have enought time :/
and thanks both of you guys! @raivk @navrcl
I really love the graphics, sound and the concept of the game. Fits theme perfectly and executed well. I had some issues with mouse control - mouse was over sensitive, so I couldn't make it throug the narrow upward slope someewhere at the beginning, unfortunately.
Agree with Raivk, that was hard to digure out where I shoud do. You should to read smth aboud level building, like use light to show where player should move. But nice enrty, pretty impresive to model it all in time limits
It was really hard for me, but it has great atmosphere, nice art, I soaked in :)
@bootak thanks And unfortunately I'm don't Havel enough zimě to do settings:/ @team-on yeah I tryied to do that but for the vent it wasn't enough :/ And Thanks for feedback! @pablotitan thanks do feedback I Wish I had more Římě to do moře mechanics :D
A bit confusing at the start. After time you figure out what to do. Good concept and ambient. Great job.
@dmanzano101 Thanks!
Very atmospheric. I can't help but feel as if I missed something though. I rolled off the selves from the start, headed into the vents and then dropped in the right one to get the body, but I never saw an establishing shot about where the body was or what it was. Don't know if there was one. Same goes for the rolling cylinder itself--no establishing shot--but I can imagine that being intentional. Great mood, I admire how professionally you set up the ambience. It's a 5 for mood, for sure.
@thatmalzan thanks you so much! The body should be seen while you rolling into that pipe room. I tryid to cut him into more parts, but I dont's have enough time to make the gameplay more complex :/
Really pretty, great lighting and fun exporation of environments. Would love to see more from the world you've created here. I'm desperate to know what kind of robot our main character will be :)
Was waiting any second for something to start chasing me. Very solid atmosphere! A bit confusing to start and interacting with the doors. Solid work still!
I like mood of the game. It's really scary and experience with control small object make it more fearful. Good work!
I didn't load for me. Stayed stuck on system booting. The audio I could here was interesting.
The atmosphere is cool but it's sometimes too dark to see, especially in the air ducts, and the fixed angle on the camera during the part where you're the optical sensor usually made it harder. I also didn't realize that I had to open the door at first. Maybe add a UI prompt when the player can interact with things?
@terryg oh sorry for that what is your Specs?? I'll try to do something with that
@dovakla well UI is really hard to do for atmosphere game because it's so unnatural that why this kind of game shouldn't have much UI but yeah I'll try to do it much cleaner next time also I Havent enough time for that GameplayPart :/ and Thanks for Feedback!
I love the ambiance and concept ! It is really a good game and i like it ! It's a little scary sometimes, the graphics are good and the sounds are perfect ! Thank you for this game, good work :D
@jam373 @jayometric @tort60091 Thanks Guys! I'm glad you like it. I wish I'll do more Gameplay next LudumDare!
Hi @herinque. I have a GTX 1050 TI card, 12GB memory, SSD and an Intel celeron CPU 2.9 Ghz. The cpu is able to easily play minecraft for comparison.
I just alt-tabbed a bunch to try and look at my cpu usage vs the game and now it is strangely working. It keeps my cpu at 90% and my gpu at about 70% so not too bad. Fraps reports 56 FPS
The game is nice, technically it looks really good. I was not sure what to do in the beginning though (then found a hole in the wall - had some Rainbow Six vibes from it). The sounds fit the game perfectly.
The downside was performance (was playing only on my laptop), and the game being somewhat very hard to control (might be also due to performance, sometimes fps dropped under 5).
Keep up the good work!
@herinque I can't get past the first area, I haven't opened any doors yet where do I need to go to open the door.
@zgragselus oh I'm sorry about that I'm havent enough time to do some komplex settings :/
@terryg in the room with body should by vent hole and thanks for feddback!!
@herinque Oh, no need to be - I know it is a jam entry and it is quite good one!
Each single entry has to compromise and cut down on features (everyone likes to think and plan big in the start), that is why I like Ludum Dare, that you simply have to release it - which means compromises.
@zgragselus oh thanks so much yeah it sometimes hard but I think I can do more in 3 days. Mainly because I have meeting at monday and also I'm lost a lot of time on first day with some shaders :D
“Impressive game, Very cool concepts. I left wishing that there is more. Had a lot of fun “
I will say right away - I could not get through the game. I still could not understand where to go from the very beginning. It seems that he explored all the rooms. Several times I went through the textures and fell over the map (maybe there are no colliders?). The game looks great, the atmosphere, sounds, only ladders confuse from the light.
I love to be a jar. Also impressed by visual effects in your game. Thanks!
@odeyalko thanks for feedback yeah sorry I probably miss some holes but in the room with body should be ventilation Hole
Great game, levels made interesting, atmospheric, but "easy" to navigate. Enjoyed playing!
@stark Thanks!
Very atmospheric game, I was a bit confused, and the mouse control was a little strange, but the ambiance and light effects were top notch!
