I like the character designs, but it's not on the same level as the rest of the game, so it doesn't really feel right, great potential though
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD43 → Bluebonnet Plague

I love the art, but I didn't understand all the concepts of the game I think. Everyone got diarrhoea, and after that, the potions didn't seem to have any effect. I suppose it's built on trial and error. Sadly, I never found the cure for the plague :(
I ended up trying out a few combinations and making most of my assistants sick, haha. I don't think there are enough clues to really help find the proper combinations, but the art is great and the idea is very interesting!
Overall I did not enjoy playing the game, *but* I can see the potential. It seems like a good concept as a whole and I feel a strong Darkest Dungeon influence on the surface, but I don't really understand anything that's happening and can't really find clues to help me along the way.
I also don't understand how it incorporates the Game Jam's theme in any capacity.
The art is really great and I think with some handholding this could become something really cool and special. Would be interested in a post-Jam update!
@mouse Thank you for playing our game, the way we used the theme is that you have to mix potions and use the 8 citizens (3 are infected) to find a cure. In order to find what the potions do you had to use the citizens as Guinea pigs. You have to sacrifice their health for the sake of finding a cure. A lot of this got lost in translation unfortunately, we did intend to have clues, though. The sickly citizens will lose health proportional to the amount of symptoms they have, so you can't be careless when crafting potions.
It is very interesting to come out if there was more time. Very long understood how to play. Funny Art. Funny idea
Really nice interpretation on the theme. Sacrifices must be made for the sake of finding the cure, brilliant. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find the cure on my first playthrough  but I'll try again! Also the art is really good.
yeah its so nice game. i like this chemical stuff :D and graphics similar to Darkest Dungeon
Wow such Darkest Dungeon in such a short time! Nice!
I like the trial and error gameplay, I feel like it could do with a bit of pacing built in. Like say the player only starts with three ingredients and has to find more through exploration so they start with only 6 combos instead of the 50,000+ you have with all the ingredients at the start, finding the right one is nearly impossible
I liked a lot the concepts and the idea, but this is a lot try and fail to find the cure. Congrats, nice game!
I like the interpretation of the theme, but like many others I got a bit stuck trying to find useful combinations
The best is the concept of the game 😮. And the main con is the feedback given to the player 😕.
