A bit hard to play with those keys, but it's a nice game
I couldn't quite get the hang of the grappling hook, but it was a nice moody atmosphere, and i like the grenade.
Very moody, but the keys were a bit off for me. I liked the tools though. Good job, good game.
nice game, had some fun. But the sounds were a bit stressful.
All I got to say is that I got stuck right as I saw the robot the camera would snap to it so I was unable to continue
I really like it! I managed to get to the Do Not Enter door, but how do I go in it? I've tried bombing it, slamming it, waiting, etc but none of that works. Any ideas on this? Thanks!
@Mertios Unfortunately the boxes that say "Do Not Open" are just a background element. We probably should have telegraphed that more clearly.:| However I'm really glad you enjoyed the game and thanks for the feedback!
Ok. I'm tired after a long day of Ludum Daring, so I'm going to go to sleep. I'll finish your game tomorrow!
Globaly it's good but the camera behavior is really hard for the player. You can't see enemies just because the camera is static. I didn't understand the behavior of the hook so I decided to ban it first ^^". Good job !
Nice! I liked the atmosphere and theme and all the different abilities you could use. The grappling hook was a bit difficult, but it was a good challenge. The camera movement was a little violent, it kind of moved faster than you'd expect, other than that good job!
I really like the music of the game, and the graphics aren't too bad, either. The controls were mostly fine, with the grapple hook being the most fickle. It took me a while to realize the grenade doesn't actually hurt anything, so I feel like that could have used some better observation on wording.
I feel like the game expected me to know which ability to sacrifice in the exact and proper order through the cryptic level design. To be frank, that made me feel like I was supposed read the level designer's mind, which isn't a fun experience. All the enemies are super-vicious with insane speed and large hitboxes that makes them difficult to avoid. Given your poor single-jump height, the down-attack felt especially ineffective, and what I ended up sacrificing first. The kill screen appeared very often during my playthrough, with the time wasted between each on progressively making me more and more annoyed as I played.
Controls are very unresponsive for me. I couldn't learn how they really work, so I didn't feel any emotions, when I had to sacrifice them. It seems like it's too buggy for playing.
i liked the music and setting, but got stuck really early! Too bad, wanted to keep going.
