I can't start the game. It says the file "ucrtbased.dll" is missing.

"VCRUNTIME140d.dll not found", also "ucrtbased.dll not found". Therefore I could not play it.
couldn't play it due to vcruntime140d.dll error
Sorry about that! Got a bit lazy at the end with uploading because I did this mostly for myself. It should all work now!
Very cool game! The concept is pretty neat, making some situations pretty stressful when you're running out and don't know where the next piece should go. It was a little easy but I had a lot of fun regardless. The art is also really cool, looking forward to seeing more stuff from you!
I attempted to rate and play, however there were no HTML or Mac versions available. Was this made in Unity?
Nice game, liked the visuals and gameplay :D
Wow! It's a really good one! The art was simple, but not bad, and it was fun to play. It could be my silliness, but it took some time to understand how to play. There could be some more levels, more challanging ones.
I liked it! The visuals were cool and consistent and the sounds weren't too far off of the visual style. Also nice that you explain how to make your own maps. Didn't use it but it's always nice if people want to tinker. I also really liked how you could cut off whole portions of the map, that made it feel very real to me. What I didn't like was that once you figure the game out it gets very easy: just dump all the enemies behind you and keep walking. The game would be better executed if there was a mechanic that sometimes forced you to put a knight in a bad place, e.g. in front of you or on route. Or maybe the game would pick the place, and you get to pick the drop or something. Anyway, nice game!
Might be too dumb to understand how to play as intended, but I finished all three levels by simply walking to the door whilst placing enemies or other objects behind me on my way to the door. Like the art-style though! Maybe try to provide a tutorial of some sort?
Nice game. Very cool gameplay idea but level design could be better for not-so trivial walkthrough explained in ijskar post.
Think about hiding console window in release build (you can write logs in file) and also about fullscreen version :)
I dig it! I like the pixel work/palette choice. I also enjoyed the concept and your use of the theme. Being able to make your own levels is nice as well. I found the game a bit easy but as others mentioned, that could be remedied by level design. Might be cool if you could also place blocks as well to create your own path in a more restricted level. Good job!
I like the idea and creativity. Awesome job.
The idea is rather nice and the game is fun! The graphics are also very nice. Nice team work !!
Great job! At first i didn't get why everything was gone when i've placed a bookshelf, but then i realized i had blocked my path haha
You could just add some music and highlight the object selection in the future ;)
Its more of a prototype concept than a fleshed out game, but its very interesting should develop this concept more. Art is really nice along with the sound effects. There needs to be more of a challenge to it.
This is a clever prototype, but it is very easy and a little slow. A more fleshed-out version later with more objects and interactions (I really wish I could open chests!) could be a lot of fun.
Good job!
WoW very good idea! The game lacks of a feedback to tell the player when to place the items (I didn't get that I needed to move before placing at first and I made that mistake multiple times). Everything else is very nice! Good work!
Your graphics are well done and the sound fits the game well. I would've liked some kind of feedback when you have to select and put out things, it was quite unclear to me what I was supposed to do, but I got the hang of it after some trial and error. The game is impressive considering you wrote it in C, well done!
