A nice idea to make Tetris with a twist. It seems really hard to get one of the elements back when you lose them, maybe make the grid bigger or the timer longer? Otherwise, nice atmosphere and well-working game.

Hey! This is a really cool idea, the only thing that I think might be better for it, is to have a way to keep alive even after you overflowed to many columns or cleared to many rows, also, an score so I can try to beat myself, Overall pretty nice!

Well done!

Cute art! The game worked well, although I found I just didn't have enough time. But overall, it looks really polished and well done (:

Cute art and humor, the chewton one really got me. There are some inconsistencies in gameplay, like single tile blocks not being movable, 'gravity' of collapsing blocks being unclear at times and the timer running independently of whether you accelerate your current block down or let it fall with regular speed, but that's just polish.

Very adorable game, well done.

The doggy is so cute, and the texts are fun to read. The gameplay needs improvement since it may not be responsive in one part of the game.

I really like the overall idea, it feels quite new and fits the theme very well. Probably the biggest thing I would have liked is some sort of ending or progression to the game (e.g. making the game harder over time), right now it just seems to be an endless stream of 10ish random events, which is still fun, but it does seem like once you get the hang of it you can go indefinitely without thinking too hard. Though this issue could probably be fixed with some balance tweaks (maybe a smaller field to make it feel more cramped, but you can see the next few pieces coming up so you can come up with a plan?).

There were also a few minor bugs, like not being able to move the single dialogue square, and the disconnected blocks behaving weirdly when they fell (looks like @psychead already mentioned these above). It didn't take away from the experience that much but it did make the game feel less polished. Also in terms of polish, it would have been great to have some sound effects.

I loved the graphics and the events/story!

I really like the idea here, and the implementation overall is well-done. Art and the textual components are cute and well-suited to the game. I'm still not sure if there's more to the mechanic that I'm not quite getting, or if there's not. Guessing the former, and I just need more practice. :)

So, perhaps it's me just not getting it, but I suppose a little bit more clarity about how the overall game actually works would get me more engaged as well. I couldn't quite figure out how to place things to extend my game.

I wouldn't mind being able to insta-drop the single blocks (unless I could and just didn't know what to do). And I wasn't really sure why the single blocks were completely unmovable in any direction, left to fall on their own. Overall, great stuff, and I would play this again with some tweaks. :) Have a great LD!

The game was fun but there was a lot of waiting for blocks to fall or for to be given a new block. It also wasn't clear what the different blocks did. A better description about your goal might have helped as well as a way to speed up falling blocks.

A tetris-like with humor. Too bad we don't have time to read the story while playing. Well done anyway!
