Nice graphic and concept. But 1366х768 cant fit all UI elements

sozey 2018-08-13 12:55

@team-on Thank you for taking the time to play the game! I was told that it doesn't all fit on smaller resolutions but was unable to fix it before the submission deadline.

earnso 2018-08-13 13:12

The graphics and the feel of the game is great!

ghen 2018-08-13 13:17

love the minimalistic and clean artstyle, the puzzle also quite neat

sozey 2018-08-13 13:43

@earnso @ghen Thanks for playing guys! I'm glad you liked the style, as a programmer it took quite a bit of work!

earnso 2018-08-13 13:47

@sozey I can relate so well to that. Designing and making sure everything fits together is hard when your mind works logically as a programmer.

quetzakol 2018-08-13 14:21

Visually impressive, what a great atmosphere! The music was very nice too. Great job!

The gameplay was nice although very classic. It could have been more challenging too.

sozey 2018-08-13 14:24

@quetzakol Thank you a lot for playing and leaving a bit of feedback! I agree that it wasn't anything too out of the ordinary, it's more meant to be a relaxing little puzzle game.

talios 2018-08-13 14:25

It looks and sounds amazing ! The gameplay is pretty cool too, although puzzles were a bit too obvious in my opinion. I think adding several possible paths / scenarios could make the game more engaging. But this is an amazing entry !

sozey 2018-08-13 14:32

@talios Thank you for trying my game! It's true that they were very simple, I wish I had more time to work on level design. I might do it once the jam is over!

missalpha 2018-08-13 15:03

great atmosphere, really enjoyed it, the graphics were stellar and the concept so unique- I only wish it was longer!

akros 2018-08-13 15:14

Loved the art style! I've already seen a few games with the falling platform mechanics (even mine is like that :D) But the approach to the puzzle is always different. Great entry!

starven 2018-08-13 15:23

Absolutely love the graphics and aesthetic of this game, and while the puzzles aren't very hard it was still a joy to play!

sozey 2018-08-13 15:38

@missalpha @akros @starven Thank you so much for playing my game! I'm really glad you enjoyed it. As for the number of levels and the difficulty, I would like to develop the game a bit more after the jam and add more levels as well as making them increasingly difficult.

dangogamedev 2018-08-13 18:13

Really interesting, looks great too!

sozey 2018-08-13 18:19

@dangogamedev Thank you a lot for the kind words!

enver-arco 2018-08-14 00:13

Cool game, very complete game for such a short game jam.

sozey 2018-08-14 00:14

@enver-arco Thank you for the kind words! Let's just say not much sleep was had!

madrededios 2018-08-14 10:53

Very very good game, I'd love to see it as a standalone puzzle game

fizzpowmike1 2018-08-14 16:54

Interesting idea, I wish you could move a bit faster and some of the special mechanics were explained.

sozey 2018-08-14 18:34

@madrededios Thank you a lot for your words of encouragement! I hope to continue working on the game.

@fizzpowmike1 Thank you for your feedback, I also wish I had a tutorial level to explain the mechanics and explain a bit of story.

darkrabbitgames 2018-08-15 10:13

Beautiful game! Love look and the mood. I agree with some previous comments that the movement could be a bit faster. But overall, love it!

mironx 2018-08-15 10:39

As for me there are few levels, and they are rather simple. But beautiful graphics and nice music. I think you should just go ahead

bitphinix 2018-08-15 11:38

I really like the graphics and the music. The puzzles are a little bit to easy but it's still a pleasure to play. Hope you do well!

raccoon-js 2018-08-15 15:58

I like the Fight Club reference early into the game.

sozey 2018-08-16 20:00

@darkrabbitgames @mironx @bitphinix Thank you for trying the game out, I'm glad you enjoyed it! @raccoon-js It's nice that you caught it, thank you for playing!

psjuk0 2018-08-27 12:19

Wow excellent graphics & audio, very polished looking game.

sozey 2018-08-28 12:59

@psjuk0 Thank you for playing it! I'm really happy you enjoyed it!

walnoot 2018-08-28 14:16

Nice game, very well executed. The overall mood and polish is really good. I think the length of the game is good for a jam game, I wish it was a bit more difficult though. Sometimes I got a bug where the character would stand on nothing after pushing a block, but this wasn't game breaking. But overall it's a really solid entry.

sozey 2018-08-28 14:20

@walnoot Thanks for playing it and for your constructive feedback! I'm looking into making more difficult levels as I continue developping it after the jam.

velocity7 2018-08-28 16:10

I like the idea and creativity. Awesome job.

acuriosity 2018-08-28 18:15

The feels, ohhh the feels.... the graphics where pleasing to look at and cohesive. the music was pleasant but eerie, matching the graphical style. And the little messages made you think there was more going on, really drew you into the world. ohhh, and the game play, lets not forget the game play, it worked, challenged me but not so much so that I got frustrated.. after completing the game i did think maybe that was a bit too easy, but for a quick demo, it got my feet wet and wanting to go deeper.

The blue dots really caught my attention and made me wonder what was happening over by that "special" block, so of course I explored over and discovered something new, a moving block.

I did feel that player movement could benefit from some tweaks, initial movement upon pressing the directional key was fine, but the arrival felt like it took forever. There were many times I would anticipate the arrival and try to enter my next move, only to have it ignored and needing to repress. Felt like a lerp, initially fast but slowing with every update. The slow movement kind of matched the mood, but i would have liked it to be a more consistent speed ,maybe with just the final moments slowed for arrival.

Anywho, nice game, well polished, fun.

sozey 2018-08-31 14:43

@velocity7 Thank you for your kind words!

@acuriosity Thank you so much for your detailled feedback, I'm truly happy you liked the game, and I agree, the movement animation deserves some more work!

tutaratuta 2018-09-02 21:13

This game is great, thank you very much! ^^

sozey 2018-09-03 10:12

@tutaratuta Thank you a lot for playing it, and I'm happy you enjoyed it!
