Amazing pixel art looks really nice, I will say however that at the beginning after buying some items I clicked on them to equip them and they just disappeared. I checked on the characters and they didn't have any armour or weapons I bought equipped. Other than that fantastic game.
Great game, the art is awesome and great idea. Problem is, it is hard to understand some mechanics like fighting etc. Maybe add more tutorial info? I'd keep working on it! :)
@joedb100 Thanks! That is weird, I will have to check that later. Right now the character info doesn't update as it should.

The UI's feedbacks can use some improvements. I died starving not knowing anything :sweat_smile:
@vekstr Yea, sorry about that. The game plays better in fullscreen. The road is divided into segments, at each segment it eats away 1 provision or 25% of your hunger if no provisions.

Nice work! Love the arts style. The game is fun but I don't seems to get any loots so I just run out of money at the end. Is that on purpose? I also ran into issue with disappearing equipments. I bought shields and equip them but they went away. Another suggestion is to show the stats of equipments because I don't really know how to differentiate the equipments because they don't have stats.
Overall pretty nice work!
@jackyjjc When you defeat enemies it was supposed to give you loot but I did not have time to add that feature xD

@mateusboga Oh I saw all those details. What I meant was that some of them display confusing (What do the numbers on the ambush scene mean? I died when my hunger was 50?) numbers.
@vekstr Ambush needs work. The numbers are supposed to be the damage dealt but it doesn't explain right now who is dealing it and who is taking it..

@ukirain @joedb100 Yea that is a bug I need to fix. Sorry about that :( Dragging the item into the slot just deletes the item. The only way to equip it right now is by clicking on them.

Nice pixel art. I like you adventure game. At the current state you get not enough feedback if you do something with the items. As you said in the comments, you still have some work to do, but you have done a great job!

I almost made it to the end! Almost. I would have made it if I could have chopped up the now empty wagon to make a fire and cooked one of the horses. :D
This game made me think of the old Oregon Trail, which I have never played but I imagine it was something like this. You have died from dysentery.
The art is the strongest point in this game. It felt like a mix between 8-bit with the large pixels and few colors on the backdrop and horses and 16-bit style with smaller pixels and more colors in the UI. Both are good though! :)
It bothered me just a little bit that the wheels and sky were spinning discs with rotating pixels instead of animated with straight pixels. ;)

Good idea. They vendors quit selling me food. So I ran out. Fun to play
@mashas Thank you :) I never played Oregon Trail but the premise is very similar I'm sure. The wheels are rotating because it took me less time to animate xD

Some music would have helped to give more life to the game! SFX worked well though. The numbers in combat were confusing and I just ended up clicking randomly. Maybe a little tutorial would help players understand the mechanics better. Great artwork!

Really apreciate the style and art. Just suggest to add a nice music (miss it :'(). But you did a really good job. Notice that i fad a bug after the first "Abmush", can't access anymore to the inventory ? Keep it up pal.

I had an ambush and the inventory disappeared, but I tough we won the battle but didn't understand the battle system. The game i a little harder to understand at the beginning. I didn't understand either the equipment system. Was dropping weapon on the character weapon cells but nothing happen. But after a couple games everything makes sense. The concept and the game itself is super fun. I love management games and this is intense. The pixel art is beautiful. I would love to play with fantasy music but is ok. Very nice game overall. Congrats! ^^

I really liked the mood of the game ; unfortunately I didn't understand the battle system either ; it took me a few refresh before realizing how to equip stuff without discarding it ; I really think it has potential !
Hey this game is fun and idea is cool. I really like the art, and altho the sounds are nice, a little music would be better :p! However the UI and gameplay feedback is a bit weak, I had some trouble understanding it at first.
Either way, good job!

Hey, good job. I want to say more, but other say many thing.
And it's difficult to say what can be improved and what is not implemented. I think the game (beacause is based on random encounter) is actually to hard. You can't store and feeling the out of spaces because you don't drop (I know the looting is not implemented ;) )but your game have the potentiel to become a cool rogue-like / travel trip game. If you had some exotic background (like indian camps, plain of bison) some encunter with wild beast.
You can made a great game. The project is very interesting for now, and I want to see him after some upgrade.

Let's be honest the game is super broken, I messed up in 10 different ways before I managed to play "for the first time" without game destroying mistakes. - Dragging a sword to the sword slot deletes the sword. "Ha, got cha!" Dark souls' Patches style. - Right click on the club, deletes the club! "You're my best client pal! - Money symbol UI doesn't actually reflect remaining money, only gold sack pictures do. "Oh that's a lot of food you bought, did you think you had enough money for your weapons honey? I'll go just behind you to loot your remains" - Helmets dissapear after the first dot in the road map. "Woah! What happened to your hat fella? Good luck with the bandits there!"
Besides from that, the pixel art is suberb, and the idea looks promising. If you get the game to run as intended count on me for a second pass :)
@manusaiz Thanks for the feedback! Did the club actually disappear or did you sell it? Many of the "bugs" are actually just badly coded features or lack of instructions I think. I will fix those things in the next version of the game.

@mateusboga it is very likely that I just sold it to a shop, specially if you can sell stuff inside the caravan when no one else is there :yum:

Great art, some more feedback on actions would be nice (I keep discarding stuff by accident, helmets keep disappearing on me...). But still, nice job!
