like the shotgun model - door opening could definitely use polish

32 bit??
@jonahsenzel Thanks for playing! I agree, the animations can be a bit janky. Im still learning ;)
@bhavesh-tiwari Do you want a 32 bit version, or is the current build 32 bit? Im confused.
Fun game, i love the enemies
@lausemand Thanks for playing, great to hear! :))
Fun but very bugued, i can't shoot the ennemy x)
@camcam Thanks for playing! Is that consistently or just sometimes? It might glitch from time to time, but you should be able to kill enemies for sure. Are you playing on windows or mac?
@virtual-turtle-studio almost all the time , windows
hey looks cool what you have made. I have only some problem with the mouse look it acts slowly for me maybe because I played in full-screen mode. the graphics are good the enemies act sometimes fast. I was almost escaped 2 but at last, time runs always out for me(got to go faster I guess)
@virtual-turtle-studio the current is 64bit can't run in sys
Nice game liked the feel and idea, just with a bit more polish i think it would be great
honestly, if you add a procedural level generator, this would be very much fun as a roguelike game i think.
my best time is 24 seconds left on the clock, no idea if thats good or not :) bashing doors open is very satisfying, the shooting, and especially hitting enemies doesnt quite feel good enough though. shotgun model is very nice though.
Dont quite see where it ties into the Theme, but other than that a good game
"Family doesnt need attention. Your business does" - the best.
it was A really good game i like the sounds and animation but there's some bugs on the ground but it's a great game
@camcam Oh, that's super weird... Thanks for the headsup!
@dragongino Thanks a lot for playing man! I agree, I would have loved to implement a sensitivity option instead of one value, but I had no time :( It's definitely possible to make it, but it can be tough haha!
@bhavesh-tiwari Ah, alright. I don't think I can do anything about that, sorry :c
@teelin Thanks for playing!! Glad you liked it :) I really didn't have enough time this LDJam so it's really not my usual level of polish haha. Hope people can see through the graphics and glitches ;)
@notime4name Thanks a bunch for playing, I'm very happy you enjoyed it ;) 24 seconds is really good actually, I don't think you can be much quicker haha. I would have loved to beef up the enemy deaths, but I didn't have time for that unfortunately... Glad you liked my ironic motivational paintings too XD PS. I interpreted the theme as 'running out of A space', like a building etc.
@haeder2132 Thank you for playing and glad you enjoyed it even through the glitches and bugs :D
Giving the gunshot more bass and creating an effect every time an enemy dies, will make the game feel meatier.
Other than that, Fairly solid controls. Nice Speedy gameplay.
@mza Thanks for playing, glad you liked it! I totally agree, but the time deadline thought differently :P
Simple but fun, nice job! Definitely could have used some polish, particularly on the impact of firing the gun and the models, but it worked well enough and was a pretty solid short experience. It definitely didn't hurt that I just happened to be listening to Hotline Miami songs as I was playing ;)
The gameplay is very fun, the specifics of the game themselves could use some polish (there were a couple of bugs, very few sound effects that could've used work, and the same with the art). Even with those things not being incredible, the game itself was a lot of fun! For the time you were given, it's pretty damn good!
The door bashing control needs a bit of polish. But other than that, great game!
@baconinvader Thanks so much for playing it! I agree, I would have loved to make it super beefy, because that makes the game feel a lot more fun, but I (of course) ran out of time ^^ Haha that's actually a great idea, a *bring your own music* game! Thanks for the kind words :)
@aug Thanks so much for your opinion and feedback! I totally agree with all that you said, I started with models for the first room, ran out of time and then built the entire map out of cubes (you could say the current version is even a blockout). But I'm glad you enjoyed the experience anyway ;)
@dateightbit Thanks for playing and the feedback! How do you think it should be improved, should the range in which you can bash be bigger? Currently it's just a cube collider around the door, so that can be made bigger with no effort whatsoever!
I enjoyed this! Gameplay is fast paced and fun, graphics are awesome and the smooth controls gives just the right feel. SFX was not on point, I was expecting something juicier or fatter.
Nice twist in theme also. Thanks for your work!
I really like concept of this game and for some reason it a little bit reminds me hotline miami :D. Graphics is not bad too. One thing I would change is enemy AI. It would be more fun if enemies could move. Second thing is of course more levels to beat :D, but otherwise really cool and fun game. Keep it up!
@memel06 Thanks for the kind words :) I agree with everyone saying that the SFX and visual effects suck but I didn't have time to beef them up, unfortunately. (NEXT TIME ILL DO IT I SWEAR  )
I enjoyed it! Distant light effect was cool (idk if it was intentional) and visuals were nice. I think the game could have been a little faster paced because it's a time-rush/escape game. Also mouse turning speed was a bit slow for me
I like FPS games so my ratings are a bit biased but still it's a really cool idea.
@borys Hey thanks for playing and giving your feedback dude! I didn't even really think of hotline miami but I guess it's a lot like this haha! I agree on the AI, but I must also say that for now I'm terrible at writing AI, so to prevent bugs I just made them stand still :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: I need to learn about that I guess. More levels would be awesome, but I heavily underestimated how much time level design would take haha.
@verbante Thank you for the feedback! I have no idea what distant light effect you are talking about, but I'm glad you like it :P! I was thinking of making the player a bit faster, maybe that's an good idea: I should test that out. I would have loved to make a sensitivity option because I knew that was going to be a problem for a lot of people, but I didn't have time, unfortunately :c
@zeusx212 thanks! Maybe if this is all polished up it would feel a lot better
@virtual-turtle-studio when you are in a big room distant corners of the room are brighter
@verbante Ohh, that's probably a bug :D I mean... ehhh ... A feature! :D
I liked the gameplay, it was really fun! Overall, good job.
@anubhav-kashyap Thank younfornthe kind words!
:D fun to play. I really like speedrun games and maybe I should work with this concept. Inspirating one for me. Thx for your game.
@manimal good to hear! Thanks for playing!
