Interesting concept! However, there's a glitch in the tetris part where every second block comes down too fast.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD41 → TetriShooter

Nothing amazing here but pretty solid. Could have been fleshed out some more.
Cool concept that really embraced the theme. Well done. It would be nice to get more health when you make 4 lines disappear at once.
Nifty idea! The controls in the tetris part could use some polish. Still, I was quite surprised when the tetris part ended! :D Fun little game!
Hey there! Great job on finishing a game and submitting it - that's the hardest part. I like the premise of your game but my biggest complaint is that it spends too long in the tetris phase. If I wasn't part of this jam, I would just close it thinking it was a tetris clone. The dual mechanic needs to be introduced more quickly in my opinion.
@wsKilljoy It is possible that the tetris will move down rapidly if you pressed the down button.
@NicMagnier Haha, it would be a good idea!
@Nash Thanks!
@morphine Thanks for the advise. I also feel that people will lose patience at the beginning of the game, but I was intended to design this surprise feeling. You are right, I probably need to shorten the time of tetris phase. Thanks for your playing and suggestions!
@MilkShake I understand wanting to surprise the users, but the problem is in today's day and age of asset flips and Unity being frowned upon, first appearances are everything, I am a game developer and I almost lost patience but I KNEW there was more coming, someone who has no idea is going to say "tetris clone" and close the window.
@morphine You are correct. This is the part that the game need to improve.
Interesting concept. I agree with the other posters on the down though. When I hit down I want the one I'm currently pushing down to go down fast. The next one shooting out just ruins the stack most of the time. It was pretty frustrating. But other than that, solid concept and great work!
Nice idea! But I really don't know why those bricks become monsters
I feel like it's just two different games mashed up to fit the theme. Also for better or worse I can't understand what most of the monster sprites are trying to represent.
5/5 mastapeece
One of the better tetris clones I've seen this LD- though the feature I was most thankful for was a little buggy- the "drop" function. I found that I needed to be careful not to activate for the next piece! Thinking back- I was never sure why I was playing tetris and space invaders, but I didn't question it at the time... ;) Great job and thanks for the game!
Nice concept!
The block physics need to be reworked, otherwise it's good.
I liked the game, I was very surprised when the enemies appeared. Add audio and graphics and get a great game.
I also [have a game about Tetris and a shooter](https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/last-stand-1) , I would be interested in your opinion
