**Overall, I thought it was a good game!**
Some notes I had: * I experienced some pretty poor framerates when on fullscreen mode. * Not having all guns look basically the exact same would be nice. Variety on shapes would be nice.
Overall though, I though it was well executed! Thanks for participating!
It's certainly an ...interesting game. ;)
I was a bit confused as to what exactly the different guns were supposed to represent. Best I could tell, I was simply picking up new guns when my old ones ran out of ammo? It would be more interesting if there were guns with different kinds of firing patterns, etc, and if they had to be acquired through means other than just spawning in.
The other thing is that this game is really easy. Best I can tell, difficulty never really increases, or if it does, it increases so slowly that I didn't stick around long enough to find out. Which, of course, made having three whole lives a bit excessive.

Interesting. I like the basic idea here, but in practice the core mechanic seemed to manifest as "hit the weapon switch button until the annoying clicking noise stops." The enemies presented no credible threat whatsoever, but they did have a certain style to them. I enjoyed watching the way they moved, especially as they flailed about while collapsing when killed. The shades were a nice touch too. Good work!
I love the walking broccoli guys. They are great. I got confused because there was no differentiation between the guns on the ground and there were too many types that it was hard to know which ones had bullets and which ones didn't. It would have been nice if there was some differentiation in shooting with them too, but for a jam game that is really more of a nitpick. Also it would have been nice if there was a consequence for them getting past me. Basically as it was I could play forever as long as I didn't touch a mutant vegetable.
Good job over all, though.
Even though the angle makes it hard to appreciate I do like the monster veggies coming at you and this new way of farming is unique. ;) However, it was really hard to keep track of which weapon has ammo as there is no counter and the pickups are the same for all weapons and there's no visual added effect for the different types of weapons. Perhaps it would've been better to focus on 1 or 2 different types of guns and ammo that represents it. Granted that I understand that having more guns is the implementation of the theme but I am wonder if something more of the lines such as "The more you use this gun the less effective it is so you have to switch between them" or something like that :D
Well, at this stage, it mostly was a showcase of really cool zombie characters turned into flashy vegetables. Which is fun.
However, there still are too many features missing to actually call it a proper game. For example just loosing some points when they reach the end would have been nice, or at least a funny text appearing when we let too many go...
But hey, that's Jam ! So we do what in can in the limited time available. So I'd love to see your next production if you stick to that that weird tone.
Reminds me a bit of Plants vs. Zombies (except this time it's plants you are fighting  ) As others said I was a bit confused about the different guns available, with only a change in color. I guess when you run out of ammo you simply pick up a new gun? And when you have a lot of guns it's difficult to remember which ones have ammo, but maybe that's the point of the theme. Also, I wasn't sure whether the randomly playing "X-Files" jingle had any meaning. The game quickly got challenging as more enemies appeared on the screen while I was running out of ammo.
