I like your graphics, they really stand out to me. Caffeine is an interesting choice of theme. I guess too much of it can be bad.

Graphics and audio were a lot of fun, though audio was a bit loud. Very hard to play on a laptop without a mouse, but I loved the concept. Felt too close to home with the amount of coffee I'm sure we all drank this weekend!
I agree with @hoogmin, the graphics were nice (especially the trees <3). My highscore is 2005, death cause: Too much caffeine. If I were to give some feedback I would say that it is very repetetive, but hey! It was fun :)
This game is pretty great! The art is excellent (even surpassing MY game), The health risks of caffeine is a perfect fit for the theme, and the sound effect are awesome (even if I sometimes mistook a bullet hitting a tree or something like that for attacking an enemy/getting hit). And I like the fact that you have to SHOOT the chests open instead of just, 'opening' it yourself.
However, I feel that you move WAY too fast when you collect coffee, it's like Dave is on a sugar rush when he drinks coffee. The music is okay, I would probably say that it sounds better than my game's music. The turret-like enemies are a little annoying, what with shooting at you and everything. One last thing, my final score was 1485.
Overall, really good. Maybe even BETTER than my game! Good job :D
Hey dude, with game maker you should compile as a stand alone executable - a lot of people shy away from installers!
Good game, the audio was a bit loud, but it's ok!
Nice use of coffee as the theme for the jam. I don't usually drink coffee but this is exactly what happens when I do. No bugs can stand in my way.
Love the concept! Bout to head in and play after I make some food :D
The concept is great, the art is fine (I like the trees. :D), but there is quite a bit of room for improvement on the programming and audio side of things! Keep up the good work!
NOTE: There is a minor bug/exploit with the health crates. You can shoot them when they're open and get small amount of score. funny thing is that they dont block the enemy bullets, so you're in kind of a disadvantage when you're behind them. :P
Nice little game. Contrast is too big. Maybe movement should be slower. Trees are great :)
The game is fun and I like the use of the theme. The crazy art style fits as well, though the color combinations make it hard to distinguish things like the mouse and lasers from the terrain. Some of the sfx start out too loud.
I liked your game. I felt very powerful with my lazer rife and super speed! TBH I didn't like that you included an installer... just zip of the files would've worked.
I liked playing your game, though I will echo that the movement speed is super fast at times. Also I found that enemies like to get stuck on objects if the object is between you and the enemy; which led to some tense attempts to get health pickups with like seven spiders and tanks all stacked on it.
Fun to play with a great use of the theme though!
Graphics where pretty cool. It's a good idea, just needs more fleshing out. There were a lot of imbalanced game mechanics. I stopped playing because I got bored and didn't really get close to dying though.
Got to finally try your game! (Sorry I just had a cross-country move and finally got everything set up and new internet :D)
I enjoyed playing this a lot, my one gripe I had was that I walked into a tree and died randomly lmao
EDIT*: Your title screen was awesome by the way :) & Sorry for the short review, I have so many games to blast through before play/rate window ends
