cool.....but sadly i always ran to the border, maybe add a border....oh no that would be terrible, anyway good game mate :D
oh yes, maybe i don't see it but is there a time indicator for each time we picked up the "power up thingy" there?
A border would go a long way for playability
Pretty fun game. The sound when you kill a green cell was kind of annoying in my opinion but that's just a really minor thing.
The controls were nice and responsive and it was pretty simple to understand.
A simple but cute little game, tho i'm a bit confused by what triggers the game-over state? Is it because too many of the red ones died?
It's not bad. But why not always zoom out. Why should I zoom in? ;)
A neat idea! I liked chasing the germs. It would have been nice to have some way to know where the germs are so I could chase them better, and also some kind of visible border would have helped.
To answer your question about Tenant Chaos, I didn't decide to make a game about apartments until Saturday. I spent a lot of time thinking about what to do, and a friend of mine who works in building maintenance gave me the idea of more and more tenants meaning more and more complaints. So that's why I went with that.
Cute idea and game.
That was a fun game! I think it might have been more intuitive to make the player character a shade of red as well so you it's more reinforced that you are on the "red team" taking out the green invaders.
I like the overall concept and the little animation for your white cell is really cute.
I gotta agree, I wasn't really sure what triggered the game ending, when I played it. Was it a timer or the number of red cells I wasn't able to rescue?
Of course some background music would be neat, but since this is a Compo entry I completely understand why you didn't have the time to create any.

Nice concept! I dig the defensively oriented gameplay, I can see it being really compelling with some more polish around the gameplay. I definitely think limiting the map would make a big difference, and give you more control over the difficulty of the game through enemy generation and level size.
I gave this game 5 stars on fun because its just a great game compared to mine
