Nice sounds and car physics. People are moving too quick IMHO and it would have been nice if there was more motivation to keep playing.

Crashed a couple of times, but quite fun. The car physics were very well set, I think.
Running over people fun! :) The problem is that there is little sense of accomplishment when you finally kill all the infected guys... :( BTW, loved the "reverse" sound! :)
After playing about 5 rounds of dll scavenger hunt, got it to run. Pretty neat, not very finished-seeming though. Had some fun running over zombies, and when it didn't even congratulate me on saving the city, I had some fun running over the healthy people :)
I find your game really funny. Especially the peep sound :-).
The sounds were quite funny. I was amused for a while with the feeling what driving the ambulance gave with the sounds. :) Zombies doesn't feel very original though..
I had a few problems with the physics and collision. good concept. I would have liked a level structure and people sprites.
Collision detection was bad. Screen updates choppy. missing sprites for people. Seems like it could be decient if you spend some post compotition time on it though.
Entertaining until you run into the lack of a winning condition.
Nice GTA clone. The car movement could use some tweaking.
Well, that's another way to use for an ambulance, I geuss.
You should have placed a winner or loser state, not only kill them all and get a 0 points score :-) Anyways is a good game.
Ahh... the joys of an ambulance that brings with it not life, but death. I want one.
