I'm a bit confused by the game to be honest. Also there wasn't anyone else online, so I can't say how the multiplayer works. Did you use some random images from Google for those menu screens? The artwork seems really out of place.
I found it really hard to understand what's going on and what I should be doing. Also I'm not sure how it fits the theme. You said you already worked on this before... so it doesn't have anything to do with the Ludum Dare?
I really don't know what half of the interface does. The game needs a good tutorial desperately. I'm basically just randomly clicking stuff and hope that's what I need to do. So I think the interface definitely needs some work. Oh, and you should probably use a different font. It all looks very Unity-like.

Thanks for the response. My goal was not winning the Ludum Dare with premade content. I would just like to get some feedbacks about how to develop the final game. Well, the game is not finished, so a lot of things are missing, like a real tutorial and graphics. The other thing is, I am a programmer, not an artist and since I'm a one man army I can only use google for arts. :/ The game was a skeleton before Ludum Dare and I had a really hard job to make it playable in 72hours. Probably the next thing to do is making a good tutorial.

I love these types of game. As @zelos said I think maybe a minitutorial would be nice because I was slightly confused and changing the font will make a huge difference. Keep me posted on how it goes, I'll definately play your game as you improve it. I had a good time trying it out :b
I see. I didn't give you a rating because I couldn't play the game, but I would definitely like to see some progress on it in the future.
Progress is a little slow, but I do like the fact that the game progresses as you build up a stronger team.
I think this is all quite impressive, especially considering you're a one man team with 72 hours. I personally didn't run into any of the problems that other's seemed to; I found the interface to be quite intuitive. I also liked the polish of the gameplay; I think with more work this could easily be a great game.
My only real gripe is the somewhat tangential connection to the theme. I'm not entirely sure how this is reflecting a small world at all.
But hey, I enjoyed myself so good job.
I'm impressed at how much content you were able to generate and it was neat to see the option for multiplayer.
One suggestion for next time: and this goes for everyone that submitted something, (including myself). Think about "Why would the player want to play this?" and "Why should the player care?" and "How can I keep the player engaged and give them real depth of gameplay?"

I'll put it this way:
It was an interesting game and QUITE a feat for the time given. There were many option available like said muiltiplayer.
Not only that, but the game had a depth and level of detail that is amazing for one person in however much time you had (I'm assuming this is the Jam, sorry if its not!)
The good level of gameplay itself also was helpful, but the only problem to me was the theme (which in heinsight isn't really a problem, you didn't have to follow it) and the lack of motivation to play.
Other than that, you have an amazing game that I'm sure you could go places with.
I was also unable to test the muiltiplayer to see if it would work. I'll do so later
