Controls felt old-school, which can be appealing.
Pixel art is very simple, but feels lively and consistent.
Piano music was soothing.

I'm trying to figure out why there are frogs, viruses, and pianos all in the same game. Good way to adapt a zelda 1 kind of game for this theme. I kept getting hit by enemies immediately when i waked into a room, which was a little frustrating. Very curious about where you would take this given more time.

I liked the art and the air of mystery, the graphics helped a lot, the controls felt good but I wasn't sure why my coconuts would come flying back at me. (Also the music has a very long pause between repeating?)

Ranarama 0. Piano music instead big Fruity band compositions is refreshing. Well done!

Could really have used more variety but as you said you didnt have time :(
I liked that you put a piano in the game to suppliment the music would be cool if you could interact with it though...
Found a neat bug; if you shoot an enemy towards a doorway and then push them through it they go flying off screen.

I like the piano but the shooting and hit sounds are seriously annoying :p. Cool jam entry, good job ;)

Nice aesthetics, simple but effective concept! (also sometimes unfair spawns ;) )

Really a big fan of the concept of the same room repeating but with greater hazards the further you go along.

Very artsy game full of classic video-game logic (a frog throwing coconuts?!). But hey, we also never questioned Mario. I liked the melancholic piano music accompanying the journey of the frog. It reminded me a little of "The Cell"
