As an IT guy, I found the game pretty nice. I am definitely in the target audience. Good luck with the game. (Which engine have you used? Can it be exportable to the web?. This type of games is more appropriate for the web.)
Hey erdiizgi :)
I basically made it from scratch using OpenGL following these tutorials http://learnopengl.com/#!Introduction and messing around, so I don't think I can easily export it to web.

It needs to be more polished, but i understand that doing tihs from scratch in OpenGL doesn't give you too mocuh time to improve other aspects. But anyways, the mechanics are interesting, like @erdiizgi said, this could fit as web game (with WebGL if you want to experiment). Good work!

Cute little game, really captured that feeling of being an every day average IT guy. Would've been nice with a basic pass of audio!
Really cool game mechanics and it's a somewhat challenging game, which is a good thing! Also, it's fun.

I liked the idea but I feel the gameplay needs some improvement as it gets boring very quickly. Good job :)
I liked the idea. With a art a little more polished art/controlls it could be very addictive. But... if you did from scratch with OpenGL in a weekend... that's a success!

84 points on my second try. Doesn't overstay it's welcome in my opinion, as the rounds themselves are pretty short. Felt quite smooth to play too, as in position wasn't super strict etc.
I liked the setting and even though the gameplay was simple I didn't find it boring for such a short game. Some player animation and overall audio would've been nice, but might be too much to ask if you were just learning OpenGL with this.

A very nice game! Clean and simple. I liked the coffee mechanic :-) I think that sound would improve it a lot though and sometimes I got stuck at the corners of the servers. A good entry overall!

I imagine this is a fairly realistic depiction of a normal work day at a webhosting company ;D
Neat game, fun concept. Could use some polish, especially since you are permitted to use sound effects and music from the internet in the Jam.
Concretely I would have liked if the character was flipped when moving to the right.

It seems you need to be in front or to the side of a rack to extinguish any fires. I feel that should perhaps be mentioned somewhere? Some people might not catch in to that, after all!
i really enjoyed it. it was very unique. loved the graphics, the fire was really well done. i am an it guy so i can relate. the game play was kinda hard and i wished that for putting a fire out i would have gotten like a reduction in fire or something like that or a bonus for having the line of servers out. overall awesome game!

Looks like a great start! Definitely thought that it was strange for the character to not flip when turning to the right. The fact that the fire extinguisher had to be used when the character is placed on the lower-right hand corner of the fire was really strange and unusual. Personally, I like run meter a lot, and would like to see that mechanic fleshed out a little more.
Overall very simple but solid and fun game! I can actually relate to this little dude as well which made even more funny and great to play. I feel with more time and a bit of polish it would be a fantastic little phone/web game, there is a lot potential here. Over all very solid and well made entry! :D

Cool particle effects and fun concept :) Maybe a good alternative would be to face the guy upwards when extinguishing the fires instead of messing with animations or rotations.
That is basically a day in the life of a Google datacenter employee.
Simple, well made game! I included it in my compilation video series of the Ludum Dare 37 games, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/9xy3qMJx7GQ
