As someone who suffers from an anxiety disorder, this game came very close to hitting home for me. There are a few problems that I can't overlook though. I beat(?) the game by simply walking into the door and making my anxiety stat go up to 101. I'm not sure if this is supposed to be a commentary on how one must experience anxiety to overcome it, or just a bug where I clipped through the door. Also, many of the HUD elements are in very strange locations, often times overlapping each other.

For one day, I think this is a pretty good entry. The gameplay could be a bit better but it's still interesting. Nice graphics and great use of the theme. I can't believe I didn't think of hikikomori myself!

The graphic is so cute

Same as TT, I beat the game by maxing out the anxiety.. In any case, the art style's awesome, same with the audio. And first entry I've seen trying to tackle/ spread awareness of an actual problem. Good work!

Very good entry ! Thanks for informing us on anxiety disorder, this game is actually more than just a game. Well done.

I like the idea, but there are some bugs and problems that make the final product really suffer:

* You should be able to push the trash, not just pull. Otherwise, there's just too much randomness associated with trash management.

* You can't say "No" to take out the trash (the button does not work). This is really frustrating because sometimes you are really close to 0 anxiety, but you just bumped in a trash bag, so now you are back to square one.

Also, I think you can beat the game by only buying manga after getting your parents money. This kind of game is really hard to balance though, so I guess something like this is to be expected (it's a shame that it had to be the "bad" solution).

It's a shame that you only had one day to work in this. This is a really nice idea and I would like to see a complete version.

Maybe you should make a "definitive version" and post it here in the downloads section (I've seen that before in other editions, so I guess that its not against the rules if you just fix some minor bugs and keep the original version as well).

So, I've beat the game just by quitting the apartment at the beginning? Is it some kind of message? i.e. "To fight your social phobia just leave your damn house"?

we have the same theme and idea haha..

Fun game for a tragical society problem. I like the easthetic and clever tone. I don't know if this is a bug, but after 11 days, I could not answer to the phone. Why the music has stopped? However, this is a good project. Well done ++

Amazing commentary on anxiety. It's really cool how you made a game about such an important topic in a short amount of time. However, making the movement less floaty would make the game fell much better. Overall, good job!

I like the idea of having the game be more than just entertainment and taking a look at a serious issue a number of people face. I do not know too much about anxiety (serious anxiety) myself, though I think you need to be careful that it doesn't oversimplify the issue. That said, I think it's commendable to look at the issue and deserves a lot of respect.
