Some suggestions:
- It would be great if you had an in game tutorial
- It would also be great if you had some SFX or music
- The game started suddenly without warning (and then I died). It would be best to have a start screen of some sort (probably where you can show the controls)
- It would be great if moving levels happened faster or was an instant switch.
- Your animations were great, but I'm not sure what I was fighting.
- When you said portals, I didn't think those triangle things would be them. But also it was the only other thing in the room.
- Shooting takes too long.
- You probably shouldn't let the player move up levels without killing the enemies.
- Is there a reason you would ever need to go back to a previous level?
Good job! \o/
Good game. Some sound would help bring it to life. I also noticed that the colliders felt off. They seemed to be on the characters feet, same with the instantiation point of the weapon shot.

Pretty nice entry there. Concepts are good, but a bit of tweaks could help a lot!
Shooting takes too long, and maybe the use of the mouse click and hold could have been replaced by a "click only".
As it has been said, an in-game tutorial could have been nice too, for those who do not read texts before playing.
Portals could also be a bit more feedbacked, so the player definitely wants to go in.
Anyway, well done!
Had no idea what I'm doing but quite a lot of fun with it :) Survived past the who-let-the-dwarves-in-level. Well done!
Good start! I think it'd be more fun if the gun had a shorter cooldown and you added some more feedback effects and "juice" (sound effects and particles when you shoot enemies, etc.).
I like the art and theming! Although I'm not totally sure how this lines up with "One Room..."

The shooting in this is a bit wonky/hard to use. It's backwards of what it should be in terms of windup/charge. The animation on the player movement is pretty decent. Some gun sound effects and/or an ambient sound piece would have helped a lot for setting some kind of atmosphere.
