I could not kill the boss because one of it's attacks, the one that looks like a tornado is just too OP, because there is no Anticipation enough so I can run away, or a defend button so I can counter-attack. Also I don't saw the use of the theme on it.
But this is something that you don't see a lot in Ludum Dare, a Third person hack'and'slash, congrats for this, the graphics are very nice too, good entry.

Thank you Hyoga, I already upload a new fixed version at itchio (you can download the original and the fixed version) That version has a visual effect before de spin attack of the giant, voices was added to the hero, and other issues and bugs was solved.

Ambitious project! Very impressed with the art, great character design, modelling and texturing! I wish the theme was a bit more part of the game. The controls and camera were rough and good lord, i cant take more than 1/4 of his life.

Oh great music too!
Hero jumps in lava at first play. At second I jump into lava while checking controls. At third boss push me in lava. This suicide by lava simulator is great !

Gameplay is fun but pretty hard.

I think three things would make this pretty stellar: Letting the player move while in the air, getting better feedback when you hit the boss at the point of impact, and not getting stuck on the feet of the boss.
Too bad that you couldn't get a shape shift element in for the theme

Very neat game!
Very nice looking game.
I had a lot of fun with this one! Man, it's so hard :D I almost killed the boss several times, but my health was just a tiny bit lower than his. Anyway, the graphics are really good, so good job :)
Nice work! Feels pretty solid. Needs more juice though!

The controls are quite uncomfortable and there was no shapeshift involved in any way, but the game was fun! Maybe a dash button would've done it. Good job!!

Like for graphics. Bad controls - really uncomfortable (keyboard). Especially turning is painful. Physics could have been better as well.
Shame that hitting legs deals the same amount of damage as hitting the torso. I see no reason to use jump to be honest.
"I worked in to get a high quality visuals" - if that was your main focus with this entry I must say you fully completed your plan.

@t4u It´s relative, some people liked the control and really enjoyed the game, other like you did´t like it, and it's fine, all the games are not for all the people.
I'm sure the control could be better, everyday will be better than before.
It was made only by me in 3 days, is my first gamejam, is obvious a lot of content was lost in the development, for example, I make animations to pull objects, initially the fight was not in a volcano, I thought to create a little version of the giant (because the theme of the jam), and a other things.
Everything depends about how you use something, the jump is really useful if you need to avoid the rocks fallen or escape from the enemy attacks, I wanted to make the head of the mosnter a enemy point with more amount of damage, but I didn't have time, and the rules of the LudumDare was explicited about share the original entry.
If you didn´t know how to use the jump, maybe you didn´t know how to play the game, and maybe you lost a lot of times, and maybe you feel frustrated, maybe is not your game style, and it is fine.
Your feedback is useful, but remember, your project is not perfect, need to learn a lot with your game, just like me.

I love the design of the boss, and the graphics. Very curated from the visual point of view. Gameplay wise, it was a little clunky, and the powers of the boss are very strong and become frustrating after a while. I managed to kill it but it took a while.

Thanks for your comments, yes fullmontis, I made it difficult because is a really short game, also when you win it feel really good. This boss is difficult, I know, but I remember bosses in games like Metroid prime or monster hunter when you fight for a month, trying it a lot of times, and you can't win, in Metroid prime 3 Corruption I play in the difficult Hyper with the final boss, I win 6 months later of the first try, from that point, this is a easy boss.

Really nice third person game. I believe the was was a bit too strong he could one hit you but was a really intersting idea.I really loved the graphics

@Sathomason had your a controller with joysticks or only buttons? one joystick can be replace by the arrows/pad, but in some games like Dead Space the camera crashes because the second joystick usually is for camera and the gamepad doesn´t have an input to send information, the game use a default-random value, maybe you experiment the same situation with this game, else if you have joysticks, could be a problem with the controller, I tested the game en five computers with the controller and the keyboard and it works fine.
Don't worry about the lack of content. LD is for making a game you're proud of and the polish and quality really show you put some love into your game.
