Nice little puzzle game. it was fun.
nice puzzle/exploring. I also liked the art/graphic style :)
Fun puzzle game with a nice art style, but for some reason the sounds were very quiet for me. Is it a problem on my end?
fun game, i liked the art style you have. the soundtrack was cool too
play and rate my game here:ludumdare.com/compo/ludum-dare-35/?action=preview&uid=88260
@jollyserpent no it likely was not a problem on your end. The sound were sort of haphazardly thrown in so I didn't really test the volume levels.
Reminded me a lot of old Atari/Activision games, nice!
However, while I liked the graphics themselves all the pulsing/flashing hurt my eyes a bit, so I didn't play it as long as I'd have liked to.
Nice little puzzles, though. Good work!
Nice job. Also, great for your first LD :D
Nicely done! I liked the parallax background a lot, and the levels were well designed. The flashing bricks on the higher levels was a little headache-inducing, though.
Cool little game. The flashing was a tad annoying, though.
Nice! The sounds were very quiet for me too though.
I enjoyed it. A few notes, The pulsing tiles did get quite irritating after a while. When its something that you will see through the whole session, I would say it should be less "loud". Also, I feel if it were zoomed out more it would be better. As it is the puzzles are mostly finding out what to switch to, and then back tracking to do that. Good twist at the end to let you shift on your own.
Thank you for all the feedback! When I end up working on it later (after a few other projects) i'll definitely take all of these improvements into consideration. :)
Nice and simple puzzle game.
Fun game! I enjoyed figuring out the puzzles. You did an awesome job for your first Ludum Dare. :D The controls felt nice and the background parallax was really cool. My only complaint is the flashing foreground, haha, but I think you knew that already.
Interesting idea, unfortunately the sound was very quiet.
Hi, nice game ! We're realizing a video with several games of the Ludum Dare #35.
Can you add your game on indiexpo.net ? (it's free)
So we can include also your game in the video ;)
p.s. write #LDJAM in the game's description
The level design was very interesting, I didn't expect shortcuts and jumps. I was thinking it would be easier to hit a key to switch, but then the game gave me the ability so that was cool. The tiles/graphics were a bit disorienting though. good job!
FUN!, The large face is a bit big and the next pickup isn't spaced very far so sometimes ill have to re-run the line and make sure I stop once I get the power up. If I continue even slightly it picks up the small face.
Welcome to your first Ludum Dare. Your timelapse was fun to watch!
