The controls for the car is a bit floaty which made it difficult to play.
Also - I didn't get the point of the shapeshifting, even tough I read the desc.
Overall, nice work!

Overall, nice work!
The controls could definitely use refinement. I feel like they start ok, but after driving part of the way to the city they somehow make less sense... like something has changed or is affecting my input.
The shapeshifting to get different discounts is a good way to apply the theme, but it would be nice if your discount was displayed in the trading menu somewhere to make it a bit more obvious.
Controls and handling need work IMO, and the theme could have figured in more prominently (like in handling the car or example, people from Hove are reckless and so the car is faster, etc).
Good effort, good luck in the jam!
Good concept. I like the "it fell off the back of a truck" idea. The car's slides around a lot.
Game session in very short, gameplay is pure, but I really did like the setting! Anyways having fun during development is the main point of the whole LD, isn't it? :D
Really fun idea. Some minor suggestions that would improve the game immensely would be sounds effects for the car and collisions (both volumes based on speed), and bigger hitboxes for the crates.
I enjoyed trying to ram into the truck as hard as possible. When I did, it was really cool to see that more crates drop! Models were well done, too.
Beautiful graphisms here!
The mood is immersive but the use of the theme is quite complicated as you dont see it visually.
Please think of the non qwerty keyboards.
Haha onother vehicle inspired game. Nice job, i like the idea. Pretty complex. Check out out vehicle based game too ;)
Nice graphics. I not very much into trading games, but this one had some gameplay next to the trading, which I liked. If the controls were a bit less floaty it would've been really good.
The car was pretty difficult to control, but otherwise it's a lot of fun! I didn't really understand what shapeshifting had to do with the game, though (besides picking which town you're from).
I think the game needs better indications of the differences between cities, what different cities supply or demand what resources (beyond just the apple or oil barrel on the choose your disguise screen), and what effect being from a city would have when trading in other cities.
Like maybe that you can go between cities, buying low and selling high, with a cost to travel between the cities (so that you can run out of money and potentially lose the game). But you're kinda scraping on thin margins unless you use your shapeshifting/disguise properly.
Also on the choose your disguise screen it's not immediately obvious that you're choosing two different things.
In fact, I'd actually say consider taking the car bit out, because it doesn't seem to add much, aside from just giving you random resources.
Loved the driving parts but knowing what to sell, what to buy, and who to be was confusing to me.
The car feels too floaty and makes the driving bits a little hard. Otherwise good graphics and very interesting idea, would love to see it expanded. Nice job!
CHILL GAME. CAN SEE YOU HAD FUN MAKING IT. I DO ENJOY DRIVING AROUND IN A DESERT AND THAT ONE CITY IS CALLED BOMBEY.
its a nice game, music got to be annoying after a while, it is too short of a loop repeating forever, wouldnt mind it to repeat once or twice at the start of the level... Also car was hard to control, although that did make it fun in a way... Shape shifting wasnt clear till i read the comments
