The website you used the link on doesn't curently exist, as all it says is "badmonster is almost here". You aalso have numerous other websites that have had coming soon on them for quite a while. Hopefully you can fix this, but I doubt it, as your ld34 project had the same problem. So far we have a picture of some red and yellow lines, and even I wouldn't call that a game.
At least you do admit that your "game" is even a game in the title.
Sorry. Link is fixed (was ".7z" not ".7zip". While it's not nearly a complete game, keep in mind I'm not using a game engine - like all the LDs, I started with this: http://openglbook.com/chapter-4-entering-the-third-dimension.html

Too bad you couldn't finished it... Modeling was very nice! Though I couldn't say if I was actually moving or not (besides rotation).
Although I also like making a game from "scratch" (I use at least a basic custom engine), using an engine sure helps with the time constraint (the last 2 LD I had to use Unity due to lack of time...), so I think you should at least consider using something, depending on your idea~

Well, no game here, as expected. But pretty. I won't vote anything except overall and graphics for you.
Using an engine is not cheating, it's actually a good idea not reinventing the wheel during a jam ^^;

You had a good idea, and the game does run and the fact that you didn't use an engine probably lead to your demise. Unity is fairly beginner friendly.
