Couldn't get past the first level. Interesting idea though.

scorched 2015-08-24 18:38

@Andrew Deem, have you killed both victims? Or you don't get how to do it?

pixzleone 2015-08-24 19:32

Nice idea. I like the music! Keep it up! :D

megasdragos1 2015-08-24 20:15

Nice Idea! Good job dev!

dmcfarline 2015-08-24 20:20

Sorry, couldn't figure out how to catch the first victim, tried a few times but couldn't catch him, tried to sneak up to him, but no luck

scorched 2015-08-24 20:43

@dmcfarline, no need to be sorry, I think I have the clue of where the misunderstanding is. I've added a hint in the description below screenshots

text doesn't fit to my screen (I play on a very small windowed version). Game is too easy though, it's very obvious what you need to do :P. I won't ruin it for the other people what you need to do but I recommend just let the other people struggle and laugh at them (y)

Very fun though. Nice audio as well. For the last level i just went off screen, around, and that made it pretty easy to slaughter everyone.

@Infininete, thanks for the feedback and screenshot, really helpful ;-)

foxboard 2015-08-26 02:44

Concept is quite interesting and fun

fafastudio 2015-08-26 19:01

After a time for managing well the killing system, the game isn't bad !
Sounds like a puzzle game, did you intend it like this ? =)

_waterman7_ 2015-08-26 19:10

I really liked the music and overall feel of the game, good job!
There are some nice gameplay ideas in this, I would have loved to see them explored in some more challenging levels.

I wasn't able to get through the windy-level. The guys just got away every time.

Nice graphics (great colors pick!) and nice background music.

And you know what? I just looked outside the window to check whether it's snowy (it's summer here in Czech)! So 5* for mood! :)

scorched 2015-08-26 19:22

@fafastudio, I meant it more to be survival/stealth tactical game, but it misses more big and complex levels due to limited time (I am going to add those anyway since I am liking the concept myself, if interested, stay tuned at Twitter and/or Ludum Dare site).
Also I just like puzzle games :-)

scorched 2015-08-26 19:30

@Waterman7, @StaNov, thanks for your kind words, you can be playtesters of future versions if you wish :-)

aeveis 2015-08-27 04:32

interesting puzzles. I relied a lot on going through the top of the level and circling around so the people would run into things. The idea of sort of trapping people is interesting.

inbetweengames 2015-08-27 17:35

Neat little game with some great progression and core mechanics. The wind is a really nice touch!

manuelgf 2015-09-06 22:14

I love the idea of looking for a strategy to kill someone, like using environmental obstacles and that sort of thinks.
Great work :)

nihilaleph 2015-09-07 21:19

The idea of trapping people was great, but it felt a bit silly when they would just stop running because of one tree. Art was nice, I missed some animation, but you can only do much with the time frame ^^; Mood was nice, and I really liked the wind mechanic! Nice ending too!
Anyway great job!

jupiter_hadley 2015-09-08 21:17

Nice concept! I included it in part 22 of my Ludum Dare 33 Compilation video series, if you would like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/CgBnxdy5Yfk

stupidmindlessf 2015-09-09 09:41

liked the style and the audio. Managed to eat two guys but the third one on the far right always escapes.

scorched 2015-09-09 16:17

Thanks for the play, guys.
@nihilaleph, yes, it looks weird because of lack of animation, the initial idea was to make him run into tree, fall, then sit and fear :-)

nihilaleph 2015-09-12 01:51

@scorched I see, that makes a lot more sense! xp
