I kind of like this game, especially the potato boss. He lashes out trying to preserve himself from being cooked, while at the same time being sad and resigned at his life of being a potato. That alone kept me playing for awhile.
The game play was good enough, and I think you captured the boss fight vibe well. Nice job.

I like boss fights. Specially if I can eat them later haha. Nice little game =)
That potato looks so sad, I almost felt bad trying to kill him. I do like the graphics of both the player and potato :D It could do with sound, and it did crash the first time I tried it. But a great first attempt at a game.
I know what it is like to overscope massively, the first LD I tried I did, and the game I made was awful. But this LD being my second attempt I just keep getting better.

I've never felt sorry for a potato so for that, this game is awesome ;). Overall it's a pretty good game, I enjoyed the game play and the over all atmosphere. Good stuff!

That's cool to have implemented some patterns to the boss, it's making it fun.
Spun up a virtual machine to give this a gander. The patterns certainly make a nice boss fight.

Great Game.
Nice game. I liked how the boss gave a clue before he attacked, the second step was a killer to get up. I felt sad for the potato :<
A bit short but I like how getting hit just once causes you to lose and start again (in some sort of insane hard mode that actually fits this boss battle) plus I loved all these animations you've managed to put in.
