Solid Attempt. Found it a bit hard to tell if the tank was dead at the beginning. And I really had problems in the second level, were the camera was moving slower than me, so I fell into the pit way too often.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD32 → Vinnie Cancer

I pushed the tank over the edge and then the camera followed him into grey blankness ...
Can't seem to get past that.
What is the bar above my head ?
Nice background ambience. The voice audio was a bit loud.
What is the story ? Who killed you family ? How are you going to give them cancer ? Are you cancer ? Why is there a tank ?
mike1101, Fabuzzio used to work for VInnie Tobacco Corporation, but found an army of tanks roaming the headquarters. This was a secret that Vinnie Nigodi did not want leaked, so he told Fabuzzio to forget what he saw. Fabuzzio still tried reporting to the police. Vinnie Nigodi then ordered the killing of Fabuzzio's family. Fueled by anger, Fabuzzio infiltrates the Vinnie Tobacco headquarters to give everyone cancer with cigarettes. In there, he finds memory cards, containing useful information about the corporation. Closer to the endgame, you find out that the entire corporation is just a cover-up for an arms dealing scheme with the mafia. I might add all this backstory into the game.
I love the voice acting!
Pretty smooth platforming mechanics. Fairly satisfying gameplay.
However, giving people cancer is...not exactly the funniest concept, but yeah.
I loved the audio and the graphics!
Navigating and shooting/dodging is entertaining, and made me want to keep playing.
Nice touch having the tanks rock back when hit, and smoke rising from them works well to let you know they're dead.
I'm all for dark humour, and I know it's well intended, but I think the giving-them-cancer idea is perhaps a bit TOO nasty :-) Maybe throw nicotine patches at them to STOP them smoking/shooting!
Fun playing it - thanks!
I felt like I was crawling through an LSD trip. It felt so strange. The physics were awesome, I had lots of fun tripping over tanks and pushing them off the platforms. Quite a game!
Controls felt a little floaty, especially while falling, and the hit-boxes on the floors were particularly odd to navigate.
On the second level I wasn't sure where to go, and ended up jumping off into nothingness.
Seemed odd that the enemy bullets would hit each other. Not necessarily bad design, especially since defeated enemies could still act as shields for the player, but having level design such that tanks were initialized in positions where one would shoot another in the back seemed unusual.
Fantastic audio and confusing gameplay (actually this was fun :D ). The graphics need some polishing but platformers can be very time intensive to develop. So: Unconventional game! :D Game on!
This music... something makes it perfectly fitting a theme of a brave lung cancer. It's so, so strange :3.
Also, i like, how well is that sticking to the walls executed. And your dubbing is lovely.
PanKamil Thank you thank you, I am flattered by your appreciation of my voice acting skills XD *feels like a star*
Andy Gainey, the enemy bullets do not cause damage to other enemies. The bullets do push the tanks though and was done to make the tanks fall into trenches in case the player did not do anything.
Great job with the game, the controls were fine but could have been improved. The sounds were a nice touch. The music made this so weird. Is there an ending to the game or it just stops at "We Cannot be Stopped" ?
goooood
