Very hard to get up and running, but really not bad especially entering not knowing anything about programming.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD31 → TITLE GOES HERE

From what I can see on the graphics, keep working!
They cornered him coming out of the shop! I may be crazy, but I for one enjoy beating things to death with a stick as a wizard then climbing piles of corpses.
P.S. I had to delete the pygame directory and then it ran fine using the version of pygame installed on my computer.
Pretty funny and random. Not a ton of replay value. I like how they pile up, though. That made it kind of interesting.
Cool and funny!
The backdrop.png could not load even though it was in the folder.
Nice I like cool games from python
This looks very interesting. Any chance of packaging it up so people can just download and play without any fuss? I think that counts as a "port" and would be allowable by the rules...
I am judging from your screen shots as I dont want to instal python. So I can say that the graphics dont look bad.
Congratulation on finishing Ludum Dare without knowing anything about programming game :). I'm sure it was a good learning practice and I hope you try more on the future :)!
Some trouble getting it to work; will try again on Linux later.
I wasn't run the source but graphics is lovely!
Did not actually play the game but this did remind me of a problem I had as well I hope you figure it out good try with this LD.
I might be missing some library or something. When I ran main.py I got this message:
